My Dad said to me "come down stairs we need to talk" and my face be like

He started with the old I know you're at the age where things are changing due to hormones etc etc then started having "the talk" with me lul

After possiblybthe most awkward chat of my life he drops the "Ive got to ask you Vik, are you Gay?" My face drooped to the floor and I couldnt answer for like 30 seconds, then I said in the most quiet baby voice ever... I think I might be

I was looking down at the floor with my heart pounding, he came over and put his arm round my shoulder and said "I might not agree with it but you are my Son and I will love and support you whatever happens and I wont try to get you to change"

So then I start crying like a baby and hug him, I felt so relieved he wasnt mad and was accepting

So yeah idk how to even feel now,  im super happy and relieved but I hope it doesnt make things awkward with us 😅 Maybe I should give it a while before bringing any boyfriends over 😁
