Just realized: Everyone complained that Twilight could fly as soon as she got her wings, yet not one complaint was made when the FOALPoundcake started flying right away.
I forgot what the actual term is, but there is a phenomenom that is spread under all kinds of mammals, that the new borns have abilities that they have to relearn later.
