    My worst 9/11 (a rant)

    So i should start with a disclaimer, i will speak positive things about America, i realize that that is controversial and may be a trigger for some people, so im just putting a little warning up here
     
     
    OK, so as the title suggests yesterday was a pretty bad experience, i mean ive had worse, but i got a little ticked off about a subject that should of not come up, i would of posted this yesterday, but the forums were broken at the time
     
    So before we begin, you should probably know where im coming from, i am a proud american citizen, however i do have my own disagreements with the government, for example i believe most of this nation's problems can be blamed on political parties and the fact that they cannot get along at all, i also do not take conspiracy theories seriously at all, my dad is in the national guard and is a well read respectful and respected individual in what ever community he is in, i my self respect all soldiers and what they go through. so with that out of the way, lets begin
     
    So yesterday im sitting on skype in a group and this guy posts the obligatory "oh this happened years ago, we should stop caring and move on" as an american, i believe he is free to think and believe what ever he wants, but its one of those things you dont say out loud, its like those people a while back who were like "f*** hati" like yeah its a dick thing to think but you dont say it out loud, and as a result, a couple people join in on the anti american statements
     
    now as an american on the internet, im used to america bashing, im no stranger to the persecution, but like, you gotta have respect some times, you may think and feel that way, but of all the days to say that crap, not that day, so i told these people, "of all the days to america bash, you choose this day?" now i understand that people from other countries may not care as much, even though it was a world changing event, it didnt happen in their country so i get that they may not care as much, but still you should at least show some respect,
     
    so im talking to this group of people, trying to argue my points and its clear that theres no possible way that they are going to respect my points, but for some reason i dont know why, i continued arguing with them, as normally i ignore america bashing unless they start implying that the entire american military is comprised of rapist blood thirsty savages (and this did happen later on)
     
    So anyway, there comes a point where one of them is trying to convince me that the american government collaborated with news networks to give out false information, i of course scoffed at this, because it implies two things, that the american government can work together to pull this off, and two that news networks can cooperate, im sorry folks, but believing that CNN and Fox news can work together to report the same lie that the government (that they dont even agree with half the time) issued out secretly, is something i cannot believe for a second
     
    I think a lot of people have a misunderstanding of what the government is, they think it just some large entity that controls everything in the shadows, the truth is that the american government is too stupid to be that, its more of a multiheaded hydra, each head has its own agenda and they all actively hate eachother, the most prominent heads the republicans and the democrats who will never agree to anything the other side says, its a miracle that anything ever gets done government wise
     
    i completely dismissed that statement, even when they continued with irrelevant crap like how time magazine has a different cover in america than it does the rest of the world, which A, who cares and B, probably still has the same material inside the cover, but anyway, as this goes on, one guy posts a picture of every atrocity committed by american soldiers in iraq, while the list was short containing about 8 instances (9 if you count the black water incident, which i don't because f*** blackwater) implying that that represents the majority of american soldiers, see this is what pissed me off, but luckily for me, he posted his own down fall, he posted some thing that he even admitted to was irrelevant that apparently the US government assassinated Martin Luther King, at that point he completely lost all credibility to me, posting a conspiracy theory that if true would have huge media attention, so from that point on i didnt take this guy seriously anymore, fortunately he was not so crazy as to think 9/11 was an inside job, if he had believed that, i would of just stopped talking and left
     
    anyway when i told him i dont take conspiracy theories seriously at all, be basically said i was apart of the sheeple and didnt question anything, as an atheist and some one who doesn't like various parts of the government, i did not bother responding, i started to get the feeling that this guy was some hard core anti american, the type of person who would believe anything they heard as long as it made America look bad, now i know america has done some bad stuff in the past, especially with the native americans, however it is also not some empire of evil that incapable of doing good
     
    a big problem i have with people like this is that they seemingly think that america is the only nation that does bad things, ignoring or even justifying actions of other countries, one person said that 9/11 was just "those people fighting back" as a justification, i responded that al qaeda routinely films decapitations and posts them on the internet as a form of intimidation, i did not get a response from this
     
    i should also point out my dismissal of conspiracy theories, none of them make sense from a common sense stand point, now i said the government was stupid, but most of these theories operate on a different kind of stupid, as something like the assassination of MLK makes no sense and would not benefit anyone except a few racist senators, i have yet to see a conspiracy theory that makes any sense at all
     
    anyway the argument basically stopped after he was like "fine, stay ignorant" and im just like you have your propaganda, and i have mine
     
    so yeah,, thats basically it, the moral of the story, be mindful and respectful of others, especially during days of national mourning
     
    i just needed to write all my feelings about the thing out so i wouldn't keep it inside, i dont expect people to read this

    That is my lifes goal, is to be a successful video game designer who owns his own company, i know that seems like a far away dream right now, but hey, its good to plan ahead, currently i dont know a whole lot about the subject, i can do simple things in GameMaker, ive got the basics down in RPG Maker XV Ace, and currently I am going to school for graphic design, its the closest to Video Game design there is in this state, i do plan on moving out of state once im done here to go to an Arts Institute for the degree in video game design, however I have been trying slowly worm my way into video game related projects, I tend to sign up a lot for VA roles for fandom projects, and my other skill im good at is helping people come up with and improve upon their ideas, an Ideasman if you will, Im quite creative, but i dont know where to look, often i just happen to stumble upon things, i have no idea where to look for these projects, and itd be nice if a project i become apart of actual gets finished, more often or not the project is never finished due to whatever reason, but maybe one day, im also hoping to meet people that would be willing to help me make my own games, i have plenty of ideas, but i dont know anyone with the knowhow, maybe one day a project im apart of will finished, and i can point to that and say "yeah, i did that, i was in that" then make friends enough to do my own stuff.
     
    Anyway i just wanted to share that with you guys, some times its cool to share your dreams with people

    So in this blog i will talk about movies i watch in my film classes, since im minoring in film, so this should be fun
     
    and right off the bat we are starting with an exception to the rule, this movie is a movie i watched with my dad because he watched it in his film class, since we are both taking film classes, any movie he watched and then i watched, ill talk about it here
     
    So anyway, Birth of a Nation was the highest selling silent movie, raking in a whopping $10 million, thats a crazy amount of money for back in the day, the film was even screened privately to president Woodrow Wilson, and had many innovative camera techniques at the time, such as a moving camera ( 2 shots in the movie, camera moves backwards while characters are charging on horseback) and even very primitive special effects, though they are at the end of the movie
     
    the biggest downside of this movie is...its 3 hours long :/ and with a movie with hardly any dialogue, its really hard to sit through
     
    Ok so what is this wonderful epic of a movie about? well to put it frankly, its about how great the KKK is, yeah...this movie upon its release caused several lynchings and around the time it was released klan membership increased like crazy....yeah....some legacy huh?
     
    well ok to be fair the KKK stuff is only like the last 3rd of the movie, which is still at least an hour if not more,
     
    the movie starts in the pre civil war days following a southern family and a northern family, it goes through happy days, then the war happens and all that some of the family members die then after the war the northern family moves down to the south in the same town as the southern family...i have basically summarized the first 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours of the movie...
     
    things dont get interesting until the last act of the movie, in the aftermath of President Lincolns death, the head of the northerner family is put in charge of ruling the local area due to his radical abolitionist views while this is going on, a black union soldier known as Gus starts hanging around the southern families mansion, despite members of the southern family not liking it when the black soldiers walk down their street, they were told rudely that the blacks have just as much right to use the side walk as they do
     
    tensions rise for a while until the main character of the whole thing, who is one of the members of the southern family doesnt know what to do as (and im quoting the movie here) "the white south is put under the heel of the black south" he looks worryingly over a cliff overlooking a lake, when he spots some children playing down below, he notices some white children scaring some black children using a white sheet, and he gained inspiration, its the same thing as batman choosing the mark of the bat, but instead of striking fear in the hearts of criminals, hes striking fear in the hearts of black people
     
    The newly formed KKK goes around stirring up trouble, when the main characters girlfriend upon learning hes in the KKK breaks off the engagement, but soon after, his sister goes off into the woods and is followed by Gus, Gus asks her for marriage and she runs away to the top of the cliff with Gus in pursuit, telling her that he wont hurt her, but he gets too close and she jumps off, dieing when she hits the ground, out main character takes revenge and him and his fellow klansmen track Gus down, and give him a "fair" trial before killing him
     
    This of course causes racial tensions to flair, causing the governor to increase the amount of black soilders in the streets and to arrest anyone in possession of KKK robes, he then skips town putting a mixed race person in charge, said mixed race person was already selected to be in charge anyway due to a rigged election where rich white folks could not vote, things seem bad for our heros, and it gets worse when the father of the southern family is arrested, but with the help of the stereotypical Black nanny/helpful aunt, he is freed and they escape, meanwhile the main character is assembling the largest force of klansmen the world has ever seen
     
    While our hero gathers his klansmen forces, more trouble brews in town when the main characters former girlfriend goes over to the goverors help, but hes drunk with "wine and power" and he attempts to force marriage onto her, he shows her out side the streets filled with black people saying "see? the streets are filled with my people! soon i will have a black empire and you will rule with me as my queen" and then ties her up when she refuses,
     
    meanwhile, the rest of the southern family escaping the black soldiers find a union soldiers veterans cottage, the Union veterans allow them to stay and help the fight off the black soldiers to "protect their aryan birthright" (direct quote from the movie)
     
    Just when all hope seems lost the main character assembles his large force of Klansmen and the KKK charge to the rescue, the film frequently showing the "helpless white men" and then cutting to the KKK on their way to save them, the KKK finally arrives and saves the family and the town, our hero saves the girl and all the blacks are disarmed and it ends happily
     
    a few cinematic notes here, most of the movie has a sort of yellow filter over it, except for scenes with fire in them, they have a red tint over them, also repetitive and in most cases unfitting music plays over the entire movie, however the best use of music was at the end, when the KKK are charging to the rescue, flight of the valkyries is playing
     
    so over all its an...interesting movie to say the least

    Nintendo is leaving its entire fanbase to mobile games on smart phones, leaving them to appeal to everyone else

    well, i was pondering what i should do during my off season, waiting for season 4 when i got a great idea! ill reveiw spiderman cartoons! omce a day i will post an episode reveiw of a spiderman cartoon, i will go in order of when the series aired going in this order:

    spiderman and his amazing friends
    90's spiderman
    spiderman unlimited
    spiderman 03
    spectacular spiderman
    ultimate spiderman

    So i played the beta for BF: Cops and heres what i think
     
    over all its fine, though i personally prefer BF4, like BF4 the game play has the same sort of feel and helicopters are near impossible to control, another similarity is that the destruction inst very noticeable, in fact its even less noticeable in this game.
     
    I get the feeling that less team work is involved, the Blood Money game mode especially, but Heist also has this problem.
     
    in Blood Money in the center of the map, located in a building is a huge stack of money and on each side in a parking garage is each teams vault in the form of an armored car, what players tend to do is simple objective rushing resulting in a blood bath, now there is some team work, this isn't Halo 3 levels of team work where players will team kill each other over the smallest of things, what each team does is while there is a blood bath around the objective, each team will drive their mobile spawn point right beside the enemy vault and rob the money out of it and camp there, going so far as to crouch jump into the back of the armored car and camp inside of it, and any player who rushes the objective has a very low chance of collecting any money due to the majority of the fighting happening there, its basically raining grenades
     
    In Heist, its much more disorganized, in this game mode there is a vault in the form of an over turned armored car and the criminals must steal the money and take it to a get away spot and the cops have to stop them, so what happens is the cops camp around the armored car with their infinite tickets, and then park their mobile spawn point beside it and just camp there, resulting in a massacre of the criminals and blood bath ensues
     
    in its current form BF Cops is the biggest camp fest i have ever seen in a video game, and i played Halo 3 in its hay day, camping is almost required to score a victory
     
    so over all, its just ok, if you don't like camping or spawn killing, your not going to like this game

    So im sitting here in my dorm, its like 3 in the morning, im a tad hungry so i think to my self, im going to go buy something from a snack machine
     
    now before i go on, heres how my dorm is set up: the building has 4 floors on it, each floor has a lobby, a laundry room and a hallway where all the dorms are, the snack and drink machines are in the laundry room
     
    so i live on the 4th floor, my floor only has a drink machine, so i take the stairs to the 3rd floor, its snack machine is almost completely bare, so i go down to the 2nd floor, it also has no snack machine, so i go to the 1st floor, its snack machine is stocked, so i take out my wallet and set it down and take out a one and put it in the machine to buy a $0.75 bag of chips (i have no quarters) the machine doesnt take the bill, no matter how many times i try to shove it in there, so then i get an idea, i go to the drink machine beside it, drinks are $1.25 so i figure i buy a drink and use the change to buy the chips, it turns out the machine is sold out, so it wont take my money, so i take my dollar and head up stairs and i reach in my pocket to get my wallet to get a second dollar to buy a drink, my pocket is empty, i panic and immediately rush down stairs to get my wallet out of the first floor laundry room, i go back up stairs and buy my drink, then taking the quarters i go down stairs again to finally buy a bag of chips, then walk back up 3 flights of stairs to get to my room on the 4th floor, all in all, i spent $2 on a $0.75 bag of chips, so yeah, nothing much just a little thing that happened that i wanted to share

    so ive been thinking about this, people complain that CoD has been the same game for the past couple of years since CoD4, now these games do change, slight graphical changes, little mix ups in game play especially in the multiplayer part, adding and removing weapons and perks, ect. however i feel that it is unfair to the franchise to say that it hasnt changed, i think that the changes are too small, that many players dismiss these changes, also i dont think many people keep in mind that it isnt the developers choice to release a yearly sequel, it is activisions decision, now, lets look at this decision from 2 perspectives, first is a marketing,in a game like this, you cant really change too much at once other wise its not the same game any more, and thus that leads to less purchases, because it has become unfamiliar, Halo does the same thing, with each sequel relatively nothing changes as far as game play feel goes, they dont change too much and for the most part even keep the same set of weapons from game to game. the second perspective is a business standpoint, CoD makes millions every year, so why should they make major changes? it makes sense.
     
    so now lets continue with the original statement that CoD is evolving, Evolution is a gradual process of change over time, this is exactly what CoD is going through, now the average player may not see the differences between Black Ops 2 and Ghosts, or even MW3 and Ghosts, but compare Ghosts to CoD4, and youll find that they are almost completely different games, because of the limited freedoms by activision, the game franchise is only allowed little changes over time, i think not many players realize this when they attack these games for not changing much between sequels, so next time you judge the game, dont judge it for seemingly lack of changes, instead focus on wheater theres a lot of bugs in the multiplayer, or complain about lack of character development in the single player

    So earlier today i saw the Amazing Atheist make a video on this tralier, so i watched it and wanted to talk about it a bit
     
    I get the distinct feeling that i wont like this movie, i mean yeah, its so obvious that its propaganda, but is this really what christans think atheists are like? a bunch of angry hateful people who actively hate religion? i mean yes there are some people who are like that, but most arent, i dont hate religion, also the professor, isnt really doing his job right, stating on the first day of class "lets just skip debate and jump to the conclusion that there is no god"in a philosophy 105 class, doesnt seem right, then asking the students to write down "God is dead" on their paper, now any normal professor who would do this, would then start a debate about the topic, engaging the students in a philosophical debate, instead here he is forcing his opinions on the class, which doesnt seem right, especially for a class like that, also do Christians feel this threatened that this movie needs to exist? the oppressed christain story doesnt make much sense seeing we live in a country dominated by the religion, its just odd, in my own personal opinion, i think an oppressed atheist story would make more sense and be more realistic, because thats kind of how it is you know? but anyway, i just wanted to give my view points

    Lady Gaga - Applause

    oh where to start?
     
    i guess i should start off with the video its self, like every other lady gaga music video, the video makes no sense what so ever, often leaving you to ask "what the hell is going on?" the video includes gaga in multiple costumes, with no coherent theme, and leaving us with the image of Lady Gaga's head morphed onto the body of an ostrich, and her style of dancing here is having a seizure, its artistic to the point of meaningless
     
    the instrumental is the saddest part of this song i think, she went with the generic overused club beat with this one, following the trend, of pop songs having club beat instead of making something interesting, even a few of my friends who listen to pop agree that this trend really sucks, its just boring
     
    the lyrics...make no sense,they are literally just random words thrown together, lines such as:
    "Ive overheard your theory, nostalgia's for geeks
    i guess sir if you say so, some of us just like to read"
    yeah, the lyrics dont make any meaningful sense at all, the chorus however is different, the chorus is the meat of this song, and its very narcissistic, the song is just about her(if your just listening to the chorus) telling you to cheer for her, this song is basically the audio version of an applause sign at a theater
     
    so overall, the song is kinda ehh, the only reason to watch it is for the video

    Why do i do this to myself? so i happened upon this song, and figured, i should say a few things, so i made this blog, so i can say a few things about music i either like or dislike
     
    lets begin with this
     
    the song is supposed to be heavy with raw emotion, and express sadness, the song from what ive gathered is about her trying to get into a relationship but pushing too hard and wound up pushing him away, now thats all well and good, the lyrics arent too terrible, but its the video i have issue with, so what imagery does she use to convey her emotional regret? her swinging nude on a wreaking ball and making out/ pole dancing on a sledge hammer :/ excuse me what? i knew something was up when the video was marked "explicit" but it has nothing to do with lyrical content, it has to do with the video,the thing is, this kind of imagery is extremely jarring and is very out of place with the actual song, if you want to use the image of a wreaking ball tearing down a wall fine, but why are you swinging around on it nude? like WTF? the hell does that have to do with anything? this is not the kind of song for that imagery, if you wanted to do it right, you should just have a wreaking ball tearing down a building or something and stay away from that sterile white back ground you have with everything, theres not much else to note, the song is pretty boring
     
    well thats that, if i find another song i either like or hate, ill make another entry

    so heres the story, im bored so im messing with the tape measure, pulling it out and watching it roll back in, so im doing this for a few minutes then suddenly the end of the tape measure breaks off and it rolls all the way in, so i take it upon my self to fix it, i unscrew the thing and i take the roll out and tape the end back together, but theres a problem now, it turns out when you take the roll out, instead of retracting the tape, it expels it like crazy! so ive been trying to roll it back up only to have it shoot back out, i actually had it in, and i was screwing it back together, but when i tried to roll it back up, the roll bunched up inside, so i had to unscrew it, after toiling with this thing for 30 minutes, i eventually put all the parts in a box, making sure the tape doesnt explode every where, and let my dad handle it

    (before we start this i want to go ahead and state that i am actually looking forward to the game and im impressed with what i saw, but that doesnt mean i can have a little fun)
     
    Hi, I'm Activision Overlord Eric Hershburg, now i know you've been waiting almost an hour to see some kind of game play footage, so im going to make this quick, maybe you were expecting MW4, well your wrong, we at Activision decided to get rid of all the creative restrictions on our slaves team at Infinity Ward, and trust me, we had a lot of those! we are done being lazy and we finally getting around to making a new engine for our game, but without further adieu, here is the only thing you'll care about this conference
     
    We here at Infinity Ward are so happy to be making the next gen CoD, even though we are only making it because Treyarc made the last one but you take what you can get. Our new game is awesome! we got new characters and a new setting, like most sequels, oh and we have super cool graphics now. we brought in a guy who knows a thing or two about writing we really wanted characters that you could get emotionally attached to, like most franchises, the game begins with an action set piece, and america is ruined, like in most blockbuster movies, you have a squad of dudes from all the special forces, and one of them is a dog, which is cool, i mean dogs have always been in CoD, but before it was like "Dog!" but now its like "Daaawg!" we have a new engine, it makes the graphics look super cool dude! one of the new features is the lean ability, its new...even though its already in the PC versions of the previous game,we also have a slide feature, even though that feature was in far cry 2 back in 07...but its new because CoD, and also we brought in a brand new advanced fish AI, fish move out of the way when you get near them, here at Infinity Ward we strive for excellence, this is why we take pride in our fish AI, we have also added a realistic fishing mechanic to the game so you can play around with the fish AI more, now for the multiplayer, we have new stuff, like customizable characters, now you may be wondering how that will work, if you've played Saints Row 2, its something like that. we have the best fans in the world, that's why the CoD community is the most hated community on the internet, we have become so popular and sucessful because we focus on gameplay, because if it aint broke dont fix it that and activision wont let us make major changes dont tell them i said this so i believe we will continue to do good.
     
    This will be the most beautiful CoD ever made, I'd have sex with it if i could, now heres some side by side comparisons, MW3 models are crap, ghost models are amazing, they are so hi res you could reach out and lick them. now here the trailer you've already seen!
     
    (i hope this was entertaining, if i should never attempt to be funny ever again let me know, but if you like it i might do more)

    Restroom Stalls

    so ok, im going to rant a bit here
     
    Rest room stalls are infuriating, when you go into a public rest room there is usually about 4 stalls and then one big one at the end, my complaint is not with the big one, oh no, its the freaking other ones, you walk in and its cramped maybe only 2 ft. from the toliet, and if thats not bad enough the door opens inward, so to leave you have to step all over around the toilet and in a lot of cases the lazy asshole who installed the door doesnt bother lining up the lock with the slot so often hard and impossible to to close and lock it so you have to lean against the door to keep it shut, its like they design these things to be the most uncomfortable and disgusting things in the universe! always go to the big stall at the end, they usually have more care to them, and the door locks...most of the time

    Welcome to my review of the second episode of 60's Spider Man!
     
    We start our episode in the middle of a swamp of all places, interesting...but right off the bat we see our villian for this episode The Lizard, and...are we really going with that design?

     
    The Lizard jumps up and attacks some random fishermen, who of course flee in terror, The Lizard then tells us that he will take over the swamps, and then the world, you know suprisingly i dont see this plan working out, we then cut to New York City, small child yells out about an extra from the Daily Bugle talking about a lizard man attacking people in the Florida Everglades, Spider Man finds this interesting and decides that he wants to kick his ass, no literally, this is Spider Mans only reason for going to Florida, is so he can kick The Lizards ass, however, theres a problem, he dosent have any money, however he gets an idea and we cut to the Daily Bugle, where Peter Parker is attempting to convince his boss, Jameson thinks about it with the worlds greatest "hmmmmmmm..." face

     
    and gives in, once Peter mentioned scooping the nation with pics of the lizard man, oh and you got to love that face Peter gives

     
    once he gets there Spider Man runs through the swamp, yes this actually happens, searching for The Lizard, he finds his foot prints and marvels at how big they are, however The Lizard is following him, Spider Man stands by a lake when his spider sense goes off and he wonders aloud what could be causing it when suddenly The Lizard grabs him and pulls him under the water, they have an awkward fight under water, Spider Man wins shoving The Lizards face into the mud giving us a nice new of dat ass

     
    Spider Man surfaces and runs off in search of a scientist named Dr. Conors who is known for his work ofn reptiles, The Lizard not too far behind, Spidey comes up to a mansion that just screams "rich white people live here!" a kid spots him and instantly recognizes him, Spider Man asks about Dr. Connors, it turns out that the kid is Billy Conors, the son of Dr. Conors, he tells Spidey that his dad went missing not too long ago, Spider Man goes to the mansion to talk to Dr. Connor's wife, she explains that Dr. Connor just left, he left them a note, but before they can talk any more The Lizard shows up scarring Billy with a face that is truly terrifying

     
    Spider Man gets Billy to safety and fights with The Lizard until Connor's wife comes out and calls for Billy, The Lizard runs off. both Billy and Spider Man are confused and after a bit of questioning Spider Man learns that Dr. Connor was working on a cure for swamp fever, and heads to the lab, once he gets there he finds out how stereotypical the lab is

     
    he finds a beaker with some green liquid in it, after looking at a sample he discovered reptile genes, he also finds a poorly drawn map of the world with all the major swamps circled, Spidey does some science and comes up with an antidote, but suddenly The Lizard walks in, he attacks Spidey making him drop the green liquid, the beaker bounces off the floor and The Lizard catches it, yes, the glass beaker falls to the ground bounces 4 ft off the ground into his hand...but then The Lizard has a freaking hand grenade!!!

     
    like holy crap! oh you dont believe me? he tosses the thing and blows the room up look!

     
    Dr. Connors wife comes in wondering what happened, you know, since a freaking grenade went off, but apparently not even grenades can stop Spidey as he gets up with the antidote intact, he heads out to the swamp and figures that The Lizard wants to create a reptile army, he uses his web to make a...um...wat? physics just took a back seat i see

     
    so Spidey, um drives across the water coming upon an old Spanish fort, he finds The Lizard revealing his plan to some alligators, saying how if he pours his serum into the swamps that mankind will be at his mercy because that makes no sense at all, wouldnt the city water supply be better? anyway, Spidey blows his cover after the wall he was sitting on crumbled, The Lizard sends his alligators after Spider Man as he climbs up a tower, Spidey ignores the gators and climbs after him, they have a fight in the tower then Spider Man webs up The Lizard and forces the antidote down his throat, The Lizard reverts back to Dr. Conors, Spider Man informs him that after he tested his cure for swamp fever on him self he turned into a giant lizard man, Dr. Conors is returned to his home and Spidey goes back to New York, we cut to the Daily Bugle, where Jameson rejects the pitcure, according to him, there was a movie production filming in the Everglades about lizard men, then gets mad at Peter for not taking pics of Spider Man, Peter makes a little joke and the episode ends
     
     
    onto the second episode, we begin in the rain, Spidey is taking a little patrol when suddenly he saw lighting shooting out of Jamesons apartment, Spidey goes to investigate, and finds Electro stealing from Jamesons safe, but he cut the alarm, Spidey takes a picture but this alerts Electro who shoots some lightning bolts at him, Spidey doges and then reconnects the alarm and seals up the exit with some web, Spidey takes cover behind a desk giving us this classic meme image

     
    Electro breaks the web barrier and gets away by skating on the power lines, by the time Spidey gets out, the cops have arrived and open fire on Spider Man, no questions asked, just start shooting, it cuts to the Daily Bugle the next day, Jameson is understandably angry, Peter tries to show him the picture of Electro but Jameson claims that it was just a composite shot of his safe and a clown, i guess thats the closest thing to photoshop they had back then, later that night Spidey goes in search of Electro, he finds him and confronts him, after Electro shoots some lightning bolts at him, Spidey throws some spider tracers (little devices that help Spidey track his foes) Electro laughs, thinking it was a bunch of rocks, Electro runs off, but Spidey can follow him, however a while later after he robbed a jewelry store he notices the spider tracer, upon realizing what it is, he sets a trap for him, throwing the tracer into the building and setting off the alarm, later Spider Man jumps in only to find that hes been tricked, and before he can escape, the cops show up, armed to the teeth! 3 service revolvers and a tommy gun!

    Spider Man makes a wall of webbing and exits through the back door, apparently web is bullet proof, it is also interesting to note how cartoons back then were allowed to show guns, while something like 90's Spider Man everyone uses laser guns, also the cops just shoot on sight, as Spider Man gets away, he cut to an old amusement park where Electro is counting his loot and hiding it in a carousel horse, but he pours it through its mouth but opens it up any way, it just seems pointless

    Spider Man stops by his house and does some adjustments to his web and builds him self a device that will detect high amounts of electrical energy, and then he heads out, his detector leads him to the old amusement park where he finds Electro toying with his loot, he confronts Spider Man and shoots a bolt at him, but Spidey makes a web wall just in time and the electrical bolt bounces off, Spider Man explains he put asbestos in his web, not the safest concoction but it get the job done, Electro continues shooting lighting eventually setting some fireworks off, he escapes the building and heads into the fun house, Spidey follows, but is then trapped in a barrel of fun, while Spider Man is spinning around, Electro hides in the hall of mirrors, Spidey escapes and heads in, Electro then starts shooting the mirrors hoping eventually he'll his Spider Man, but Spidey finds Electro and ensnares him in web, it cuts to The Daily Bugle where Jameson is ranting against Spider Man when suddenly Electro is lowered into the window, Jameson is shocked to see that Electro was the clown in Peters picture and calls Betty to get the police saying he has a "package" for them and with that our episode ends

    When your a little kid, everything around you is something else, the stick isnt just a stick, its a gun or a tommahawk, or a ray gun, or anything, and of course kids are allowed to run around and do this its what kids do, however around age 12 or so, imagination is suddenly frowned upon, being creative and having imagination is suddenly weird and discouraged, you cant be fun, you cant make up your own stuff, you can only use whats given to you, that stick isnt a hand scythe or a gun, its just a stick, nothing more and nothing less, and sadly this period lasts to about to the age of 18, then all of a sudden, your expected to be creative again, some people are able to transition like this, and some never really let go of their imagination during that down period, how ever a lot dont, how are you suposed to be creative when for the past 7 years soceity has looked down upon it, the whole thing should be a gradual process, sure there is a level of childishness imagination that you just eventually grow out of, but when its forced upon you its jarring and hard to cope with, and then after years of being told you cant be too imaginitive, your suddenly being attacked for not being imaginitve enough, this whole thing is part of the reason i cant get mad at bad OCs, because some times thats as creative or original they can get, instead of attacking them, instead try helping them with, and sadly i feel like the age of kids abandoning imagination is getting younger, we all get angry at kids on the internet all the time, however, imagine your a kid, unrestricted acess to the computer, you get on a forum and be all playful and such, and you see people getting mad at you and want you to stop, kids like fitting in and eventually the kid will he will stop being playful and creative and i belive that kind of impairs him and ruins his childhood, so there, thats just something i wanted to say of something that i see as a problem that i wanted to adress

    ok first what is this song even about? like the chorus implies that its about a car, but they dont rap about the car, they dont really rap about anything! i mean you know your song starts off good when the first few lines of the song are puns about some girls ass, in addition to kayne, the other rapper on here is 2 chainz....what the fuck is up with that name? seriously? whatever, anyway hes no good (surprise there) so as i said before this song has no theme, like at all! they seriously rap about nothing for 5 straight minutes, how is that even possible? like really? but they did and they make money off this..the beat is alright

    ok, so this song is by young money, a band of absolute nobodies, plus lil wyane, now before we go on...lil wyanes voice is annoying and the auto tune makes it sound fucking stupid...now that thats out of the way, lets talk about the song its self...it sucks, like a lot, the beat is boring, the song is about about taking your girlfriend away from you, and the song name is an incredibly stupid pun, based of the flintstones...really? so in addition to none of the rappers being any good, there 2 lines that are completely stupid the first one is "she goes back and forth. soccer team" and the other one, i dont even know the line before it but then he just says "grocery bag" THIS IS STUPID!!!! like really? did you honestly thing that that sounded cool? ugg im done with this song

    sigh,...BORING! again really? whats up with this? so this song is obveiously filler, its about how its ok to smoke weed and party when your young...no its not, ok look, i dont care about your views on weed, but as of now it is against the law and the law should be respected, any way, and why is snoop dog rapping about being young? hes like what? in his 40's now? and is there a snoop dog song that isnt about smoking weed? but for a song about partying...this is boring like really....

    so, some of you may know that i am very emotionless and rather apathetic about things, well today im going to tell you why
     
    around this time time, October 2010, my grandmother passed away, she never saw my 16th birthday, something she was looking forward to
     
    *note im actually tearing up writing this*
     
    my grandmother was 76, she died of some sickness(cant remember) in a hospital bed around 6:00pm
     
    my grandmother was the nicest person i knew, she was kind and sweet
     
    i kinda regret taking advantage of her, i would go there, watch TV, and eat snacks...i cant even stick my hand in a bag of Lays potato chips, let alone eat them with out thinking about her
     
    she was a devout christian as well, even though she never could attend church (due to being legally blind) she still watched church services, heck if it wasnt for her, i would have become atheist sooner, (i became one a year later, but that is a different story)
     
    her downfall was when one day she was hit with shingles, then gilliumbarrea(i dont know how to spell it) she was hospitalized but she got better, but then she just kept getting sick and eventually we had to put her in the hospital again, she had been in the hospital for a few weeks, her condition getting worse and worse, then came that faithful day in October, my mother picked me up from school, she asked if i wanted to visit her, i said no lets go home...i will forever regret that
    when i learned she died, it was unreal, i didnt know how to feel or what do, i stayed home for school for 2 days and came back, even the lady at the attendance office was surprised that i was back so soon, i felt...nothing, at first i thought it was denial, sometimes even today i feel like i could walk down the road and visit her, but i know i cant, shes not there,
     
    when i learned of her death a black dark cloud of negativity descended on me, and its never fully cleared, before i was an optimist and emotional, now im emotionless and a pessimist, i realized that that empty feeling wasn't completely denial, it was my emotions dieing, as far as im concerned, my emotions died with her, it also sparked when my hatered for humanity grew and i became an over all jerk, i never really recovered from that until i became a brony, but i still have a lot of negativity about me
