^Personally, I'm not a fan of that mod. It takes out so much of what made the original one so good, and makes a few questionable changes. Like 99% of the jumps needing to be crouch jumps.
for a mod it is pretty well made though, although i know what you mean about the crouch jumps ¬_¬ ... got stuck in a room for about 20 minutes because i couldn't make a simple jump
