Amnesia the scariest video game ever made? I doubt it. There are videos games that are better i think.

"Eternal Darkness" , a Gamecube game. It was very wicked because it had not only horror effects in the game. I remember playing it, entering a room full of horror creatures. And then a Gamecube Error Message appeared, telling me that the game controller would not function. I nearly screamed as i jumped towards my gamecube, trying to reconnect this damn thing. But i got eaten by the creatures... hadn´t had a good save game. Then BOOM, it was just an illusion! I hadn´t even entered the room...

This game drives you crazy, giving you error messages, showing you bugs or deleting your savegames... just to fool you again...

Another good game was "Call of Cthulhu: Dark corners of the earth" . I just thought this game would show you horror visions just to fear you. I was fooled by his thought. Playing a scene were a creature jumps along a window. Was scary, but i thought just an effect. Some time later (hadn´t saved) i played the scene again, this time looking out of the window. BAM, this thing killed me...
