If you wanna get into Digimon I'd say to start at the beginning of a season rather than the middle of one, doesn't really matter which as most are independent from each other, Adventure 1 and 2 are the only connected ones. Obviously excluding the new Xros Wars. (I'll have to check out the fifth season and onward for myself now that I know there's more)

If dual disks were real I would honestly stop playing video games for at least a year just to duel people.

Virtual reality is a dream of mine as a gamer and working duel disks would be a start, even if it's not at the level of the show (which is obviously technology far beyond anything we have at this time)

Sadly, I don't have a Gameshark so I can't cheat in Forbidden Memories, the best I can do is go through my decks and try to enter their codes to see if I can get them in game.

The lack of monster effects really hinders a lot of strategy in the game. Most of it is just powerhousing your way through rather than actually playing Duel Monsters.

My brother has Yugioh 5D's World Championship 2011 on DS and it's apparently REAL Duel Monsters but it's only a single file so I can't play it until he's done and satisfied with it.

Disneyland is in California, Disney World is the one in Florida.

I think that Rarity is the best singer. I also like Pinkie's a lot, but I'm not sure if that's the songs she gets or her actual voice.

 

I had to think about it after I had Giggle at the Ghosties stuck in my head and I realized that it's a little of both.

They matched the perfect voice for those songs is probably why it works so well.

I love this band and this song is among my favorites of theirs and all time.

I totally forgot about Sweetie Bell.

...Then there's Scootaloo. LOL

I usually use the first six I ever catch as my party throughout the game, though sometimes I switch out one or two.

I used to have some cards but I never learned how to play the TCG. When I even attempted it I was so wrapped up in the Pokemon TCG rules that they made absolutely no sense to me for whatever reason. LOL

Digimon is still around?

I love all the anime that have aired on 4Kids and WBkids (original, GX and 5D's) but 5D's was my favorite. I didn't get that far into it though. I think they were just meeting the dark dualists after finding out Akiza was one of the chosen five or something like that, been far too long.

Only game I have is Forbidden Memories which I've never beaten because the later battles are just impossible. >_<

I have over five to seven hundred cards but my younger brother wants to get rid of them, we more or less share most of them. He won't even let me look through to find ones I wanna keep. =/

I always love reaction magic cards though, man they are fun to use.

Never played anyone BUT him though so I honestly couldn't tell you if I'm any good or not. xD

I didn't even know Digimon was still going as a series. Last I saw was Digimon Frontier with the spirits of the warriors (dat Zephyrmon)

Digimon Frontier is definitely my favorite but I do have a sweet spot in my heart for the third season with Guilmon.

Gotta say between the two games I've played (Rumble Arena and Digimon World Dawn) I love Rumble Arena more, though I definitely did enjoy DWD. I wanna replay it soon, actually.

Zephyrmon is probably my favorite Digimon probably because...well she's damn sexy and her English voice is equally so. Yeah, I'm that shallow.

Art of the Dress infects people apparently. LOL

I think the only louder song Fluttershy sings is the one where she falls down from Cloudsdale in the Cutie Mark Chronicles flashback.

As for Rainbow, her singing voice doesn't necessarily match her talking voice sometimes but when she sings it's amazing.

Now...as for why Pinkie ranks so high for me. Yesterday I had Giggle at the Ghosties stuck in my head and then...when I heard it in my head and listened to the song I realized that her singing voice in that song, though the content is silly as can be as Pinkie's personality warrants, is actually really good. Then I think back to Cupcakes and it's the same. Silly song, but she still makes it sound amazing.

Because we all know we like specific songs but let's talk about the voices themselves!

I think Celestia sings somewhere but I don't recall where so I'm just leaving her out.

Now, just because Fluttershy is last doesn't mean I don't like it. Keep that in mind.

Never heard of Melty Blood and haven't played Blazblue yet but I love Guilty Gear. I have XX Accent Core Plus on Wii and I daresay I'm rather good at it. Not pro, but good enough.

It would seem that the latest gens have added quite a few cool looking Pokemon. I haven't really played much past FireRed and never played Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald.

Scizor is and always will be my favorite for reasons I cannot properly identify. Perhaps cuz he's so damn cool.

Until today I hadn't really looked at the status update bar. I ignored it most of the time because random status updates don't usually do it for me.

...But then I noticed I can comment on them. Plus I learned how to quickly update my own status through the top bar.

Yes, more forum praise from Discordian. Aside from the fact that this is a MLP site the host and engine are just absolutely amazing. If I ever make a forum of my own for whatever reason, I'm usin' this one, provided I can find a tech guy to help me out. LOL

I've only ever beaten it a few times myself, I love the game but by the time I get to Metropolis I usually give up or get bored. lol

I had to look it up cuz it's been a while but I hate that boss too. The flying platforms. >_<

I wanted Hilltop Zone to be in Sonic Generations but I don't think it is. (Trying to avoid seeing what all the stages are before the release but I know Casino Night is in it at least so that makes it pretty much impossible for Hilltop Zone.)

As for the 3D games...it's pretty hard to choose. I like Sonic Colors but after the initial playthrough it lost some of it's luster so it's definitely my favorite but it's up there.

I'd say Unleashed (Wii and PS3 are equal in my eyes, but for different reasons) or Heroes. So difficult to choose between those games.

Sapphire Shores seemed a little arogant to me, but not as bad as Photo Finish.

 

Arrogant but in a likable way rather than in a pushy, if you fail I hate you kind of way.

I've been playing Sonic games since I was 2, haha. I'm only into the games, not really a fan of the other stuff. I absolutely love the games, and I find myself playing the classic genesis ones all the time, which is why I really liked Sonic 4. I Almost felt like the old games. I didn't like the 3D ones until Colors came out, which is a fantastic game which I play almost once a week, haha.

A lot of the fanart is really cool too.

 

Yeah, I've been playing them since I was like 6 or 7 and even though I like the Genesis games I've always been the type who likes the 3D ones more. I get a lot of flak for it but I understand it at the same time. For me, the way the 3D games present themselves to me is just spot on so I have a tendency to like them more.

Out of the Genesis ones, which is your favorite? I've always been partial to 2.

Narnia is a pretty good series. I have no idea what genre it is though. It is scifi, fantasy, childerns, religious fiction, and classic all rolled into one. The ending definetly surprised me.

 

I read Dorian Grey a few years ago. It was pretty slow at first, but it got more interesting latter on in the book.

 

I've seen the Narnia movie for The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe and that alone at least shows me that it's something I'd be interested in reading. Plus I have all seven books in one volume so it's not like I have to search for them, I just gotta open it right up.

Another Sonic fan here, sweet. Sonic Generations looks amazing, I sure hope the 3DS version is just as good as the console (I don't have a PS3 or XBOX).

I'm a "likes everything Sonic" type fan. Never not liked a single Sonic game. Some I like more than others but I'm certainly not typical in any way. I'm also a fan of the cartoons and comics.

But I'll see what I can do, I'm always up for a good fantasy.

I'm not a particularly big reader, as I said above, because I get distracted by so many things but I've been starting read more lately. Castaways of the Flying Dutchman is something I started a while ago and I'm almost done. After that I'll read the sequel then I'll probably try to get into something else.

Perhaps read the Narnia books?

I love things in medieval or renaissance times but I love a little bit of magical stuff so not strictly "historically accurate" all the time.

I think our only tradition holiday-wise is when Christmas comes around my mom watches nothin' but Christmas movies. It would help if we got one of those "classics collections" with the old Rudolph and stuff on it.

But we still have some movies like The Santa Claus 1 and 2, Rudolph and the Island of Misfit Toys, etc.

Christmas being my favorite holiday ever I can never get tired of these movies. I sing Christmas songs all year long though and it pisses my brother off. I don't do it intentionally, the songs just sorta...come out. lol
