Actually, since it's 2 points towards all ponies. It essentially does nothing. It's there as a support option for those who have no favorite in this round basically. The .5 votes are the ones that count. -

Always knew Rarity was best party pony! I mean, she does throw the best birthday parties ever! And the world could straight up just use more Rarijack minded people. The world would be a utopia then.

Yea, I've done the same thing this time around basically. Voted and then moved on. If people want to continue arguing and bickering over who killed... er should have won the last round, then let them. AJ has my vote, that's all that matters to me now.- 5,437 replies

First introductions are the deciding factor normally. Though when you look at it that characters who normally act like her, with her personality and everything, are normally antagonists in girl oriented shows, Rarity is amazing. She shows that girls who act like that, and focus on fashion, looking good, high society, and all that, can still be nice, generous, fun, and be an awesome friend. lol You ninja'd me with a pic that says what I was typing. Love it. Well played.

The reason the other rounds didn't get the opportunity and didn't need it, was because they were actual competitions that were fun, friendly, and had clear leaders in the polls without resorting to shady tactics. Even the Twi v Rarity round was civil and just for the most part. If you missed yesterday, then you'll not understand the full grasp of why this voting method was needed for the final round. Also, everyone can not, and will not win. That's just there to show support basically if you don't care who wins out of the four other who started the mlpforums riots of yesterday.

Yes, but they weren't going to. Pinkie had one more vote when the poll was wiped clean. Just, try not to look into things too hard. Pick your favorite or support them all.

Except they weren't. There was a lot of shady and unsportsmanship like stuff going on yesterday. This just wipes it clean and lets people vote for their favorite or feel good and toss a vote towards each. Plain and simple.

That's true, but is also beside the point. Whether you see it as wasted or as support for all doesn't matter. What matters is that no more cross-pony teams. You vote for your favorite, or you don't by showing support for All or not voting at all.

If you want to see your iron pony win, vote for her. If you don't really care and just want to support them all, vote All. It's as simple as that.

Eh, you get use to it. There are those who stand out on forums, being forum famous doesn't mean anything. Those who are just kind of got that way too, I'm sure only the most hardcore Trixie fans are the ones who wanted, no needed, to be famous or they would die.

I wholeheartedly agree. Some of them took things way too far. I figured it was going to be Dash fans resorting to shady tactics, but it's clear why Pinkie always plows through votes now. Some are taking this friendly little "competition" much too seriously. You'd think their life rides on Pinkie winning or not.

Well I'm done for the night. AJ and Rarity finally overtook the others awhile ago and it's been rather slow going for at least the past 2 hours. I'll see what the results are when I wake up tomorrow, after the polls have closed I'm sure. For now, I leave with one last push.
