Appearance: He has a red windswept mane and tail, white fur, red cat-like eyes, sharp pointed teeth, and a scar over his left eye.

Cutie Mark: A smiling pony skull, with a fireball behind it. It also serves as his flag sybol. Crimson gained his cutie mark a few months after gaining his powers over fire, one dark night, as he travelled the streets of the slums of a small village, he happened to find a young colt, half dead and crying on the street corner, crimson quickly rushed the young colt to a small hospital. After many hours, the colt awoke, out of concern and curiousity, crimson asked the colt what happened to him, the colt bawled his eyes out, and told him they had went for a walk and were jumped by some muggers, they had beaten the boy and raped the mother, appearently, the colts father owed a large sum of money to a local gang, but died before he had enough to pay it off, so the gang jumped them and demanded repayment, when the colts mother confessed to not having enough money, they decided to take their payment through other means. After the colt finished, he fell back to sleep, but sadly, he died soon after, due to excess bloodloss. Against better judgment, crimson became blind with rage and searched for the ponies that the colt described to him, after a month of searching, crimson had located them and systematically killed them off, one-by-one, until only the leader remained, out of pity, crimson asked the gang leader to change his ways and live a life of redemption and kindness, he he seemingly agreed. Just as crimson turned his back to him however, the gangleader attempted to stab him in the back with a knife, but crimson was no fool, he had anticipated this, quickly dodging and incapacitating him. Crimson prepared to kill him, the gangster cursed, knowing he was going to die, so as a final insult, he revealed to crimson that he was the one who raped and killed the mother personally,crimson faltered, stunned, and infuriated by the gangsters revealation. In a blind fit of rage, crimson killed him by superheating his teeth until they were glowing a crimson red, before grinning like a demon and biting out his jugular, after the deed was done, crimson had gained his cutiemark, yet felt no remorse for his deed nor any happieness at his newly discovered cutiemark, he insisted on turning himself in, but to his surprise, celestia dropped his charges telling him that the murderers were wanted criminals, dead or alive, and that furthermore, thanks to crimsons methods, half the crime in canterlot had dropped in fear of the same punishment. Since then, crimson has used this method for only the most evil of criminals.

Personality: Crimson is very, stubborn, arrogant, and cocky, beleiving in his skill as a pirate captain a little too much, even beleiving his position to be above that of a king, when asked why he beleives this, he merely smiles knowingly and responds by saying, "kings and queens may get a lot of money and live in castles, but a pirate captain has the most valuable thing in the world, freedom and an entire ocean of freinds to make and adventures to seek!" Many would think he is crazy for beleiving this, but his response to that would be this, "meh, sanity is overrated anyway." Even though he is arrogant at times, crimson will often put his life on the line for the sake of innocent ponies, even complete strangers. Crimson has many flaws, in spite of this, he still strives to be a hero, to prove to everypony in equestria and beyond that he is more than just anoather lowlife. Out of all the treasures in the world, the one thing he values above all else is the safety of his freinds.

Backstory: Crimson was born in a small village overlooking the ocean, his mother was very sick and his father had abandonned his mother before he was born, with his abandonment, her condition worsened, and she didn't survive crimson and his sister violet roses birth, but shortly after they were born, violet dissapeared from the hospital, after many failed search attempts, she was declared dead. Not knowing any of this, crimson had a hard childhood, stealing to survive, and dreaming of one day being the captain of his own pirate ship. By the time he was 18, crimson was a professional theif and put his skilles to use on royalty, one day, crimson got a job offer from celestia, to steal a powerful curse spell, that allowes the user to breath, eat, and control fire, crimson saw this as a golden opprotunity to gain an edge in his fighting skills, but before he could celebrate, celestia told him that the treasure was guarded by a dragon, after hearing this, crimson wanted to take the job even more, he never backs out of a fight, especeilly if that fight involves somthing he desires. Crimson traveled to the dragons lair, and used all of his theiving knowlege to try and sneak past the dragon, but just before he could touch the chest, the dragon awoke and discovered crimson, and in a burning rage, attacked him. After a long battle, crimson had prevailed, but only after gaining a scarr over his left eye, and nearly getting himself killed in the process. When crimson claimed his prize, he became greedy and didnt plan on giving the spell to the princess, instead he used it on himself, and with his newfound powers he decided to fullfill his dreams of becoming a pirate captain. And, being true to his word, he now sails the oceans of equestria on his quest for the ultimate treasure.<br /><br />After many adventures, finding many riches and glory over the years, Crimson finally found the ultimate treasure he had been searching for. However, it wasn't gold, silver, diamonds, or any riches for that matter. What he had found, was true love. He fell deeply in love with a beautiful Canterlot mare, living in Ponyville, named Vanylla Sweetsu. At first, she didn't share the same feelings. But after a few dates, she was just as in love with Crimson, as he was for her. And it wasn't long before they got married, and even had two twin foals. Ashe, a unicorn colt, and Blaire, an earth pony filly. With their love still burning brightly, Crimson is now happier than he's been in years. With a loving family, and great adventures, Crimson couldn't be happier.
