ChipsAhoyMcCoy 127 June 14, 2014 Share June 14, 2014 It's weird to ask but do you think they will go back to the mindset of only wanting to sell toys to little girls?
mars 4,863 June 14, 2014 Share June 14, 2014 To be honest, I think Hasbro by now has realized that going back to that mindset will hurt them. Hasbro is a company, and companies love money. Hasbro knows it'd be foolish to ignore the older bronies (the ones with money) and only advertise to the little ones (whose parents may or may not buy them the toys).
GenderIsAnIllusion 2,177 June 14, 2014 Share June 14, 2014 Nope!...... Hasbro is a decent business.... And they know going back to.... That....... Will destroy a lot of their pony business. My peep is against bullying.... Are you? http://mlpforums.com/topic/117034-suggestion-anti-bullying-campaign/

Nope,it would be a disaster, especially since G3 art style is no where near as popular or good as G5's lol Oatmeal, are you crazy?! Hasbro knows it'd be foolish to ignore the older bronies (the ones with money) and only advertise to the little ones (whose parents may or may not buy them the toys). Hell Lauren Faust was even suprised by Bronies, and shes all for it...Hasbro probably realized the same thing...that nothing is limited to just one area... "I wanted a respectable show for girls," Faust explains. "Saying something is 'for girls' or 'girly' is usually equated with being not worthwhile, being stupid." She wanted to change that, but she never expected she'd be so successful. "I never dreamed adult men would be into the show," she tells the crowd, "because I didn't have any faith that you'd give it a try. Now I know better. It gives me the courage to continue." Lauren Faust "What are you trying to accomplish, putting yourselves in danger like that? Trying to see "justice" done? Is that really justice, though? Aren't you just doing this because you want a little spice in your boring lives? What's the difference between that and a criminal who gets his kicks by murdering people? You see what I'm getting at? There's still a lot of time left. Give it some thought." If you can read this and have a problem with me...take it up with my lawyer

~Chaotic Eddie~ 479 June 14, 2014 Share June 14, 2014 I reckon Hasbro has realised just how profitable MLP is for them right now (it might even be one of the most profitable things ever to have existed right now), plus they know that they have a VERY powerful fanbase on their hands, who would RIOT if the show was going to end, so I think they're gonna try and get as much out of G4 as they can - I can see MLP:FIM running for years and years and years to come, because contrary to what people seem to think, the brony fandom isn't dying anytime soon. 1 I do poetry. Give it a read? http://highonpoems.com/poet/ed_gosling Many thanks to weirdokitterz for the awesome siggy!
Ziggy + Angel + Rain 11,303 June 14, 2014 Share June 14, 2014 I can't imagine why they'd deliberately STOP trying to sell to a (presumably) significant demographic that came out of nowhere and fell into their laps. Unless they all of a sudden decide they have more than enough $$$ and just want to slow down the inflow. Yeah if Hasbro has any sense / does indeed like money I can see them milking it to no end lol. Bronies just suddenly appeared and started buying merch and inspiring companies to make / offer a greater variety of merch, etc. Bronies are Hasbro's golden goose. 1 "It uses the faculty of what you call imagination.
