gaming No Man's Sky at E3

OK. So i was watching E3. And the only thing i am upset about is Platform Exclusivity for No Man's Sky. It says that it is a ''Timed Exclusive'' for the PS4. How long will that last for? And when does it come out? Because my mum is saying that i have too many games consoles and no space for a PS4 in my bedroom(I do not like my living room). I Really want it for the Xbox One because that is the platform i own. It looks like an amazing game. And i cannot wait for it to come out. Will there be more info on it at Gamescom?
