Is Twilight a geek because of Shining Armor?

In issues 11 and 12 of the comics, Shining Armor is portrayed at high school as a nerd. Could his ways have rubbed off onto Twilight?

It's possible. I'm a nerd/geek myself, and my little brother picked up on it. Maybe siblings pick up after their older siblings sometimes.

I could say it's very well possible, as often times some of the traits and interests of an older sibling rub off onto a younger sibling. At the same time though Twilight's interests seem to have become her own.

 

I will say, I would love to see Twilight introducing her friends to the D&D like game her brother played in high school. Seeing them roleplay would be awesome.

I haven't read the comics, but it's possible. My siblings didn't pick up much of any of my nerdiness, but then again none of them are as close with me as Twilight is with Shining Armor

Maybe Shining Armor gave Twily his Smarty Pants doll, and it rubbed off onto her XD

Looking back, Cadance was a bit geeky in the comics as well!

I suppose it is possible, Twilight does strongly admire Shining Armor so it makes since that she might take on a few of his traits.
