I've been hearing stuff about references to the brony community in MLP. I've never seen or heard 'em mostly cuz every time I watch an episode I focuse on the storyline and the singing. Can you tell me some of the references you have seen or heard.

Derpy, the infamous "Where's Waldo?" of the show was made when the fans loved seeing her. The nickname Derpy was also given by bronies.

there was a song called equestria girls that was a spoof of california girls that mentioned that bronies existed and hasbro supported it.

I know this one OC called Stellar Eclipse who appeared in the episode, Trade Ya. He is that brown pegasus in the wheelchair cart, and is both created and voiced by a brony. I think that the brony deserved this opportunity, personally. c:
