private Weather Outbreak (IC RP)

"I-I-I won't tell you if you're going to punish me!" the voice replied. Photon Jet was confused but he knew what he had to say. "Don't worry." he said. "We're not one of them. I promise you."

 

"O-Okay..." the voice whimped and the shadow figure slowly moved towards Photon Jet and Arcing Storm. The figure revealed to be a female, grayish lilac Pegasus with spiky hair and a cloud in front of a sun as a cutie mark. Her hooves were covered in rainbow paint. "W-W-Who are you?" said the Pegasus who is still quivering with fear.

"Punish?" Storm mumbled to himself before answering the Pegasus. "I'm Arcing Storm. I promise I won't hurt you." He answered with a warm smile, trying to be on the Pegasus' friend. Who are punishing her... What left her to be like this... Storm asked himself, worried for her.

"Name's Photon Jet." he said. "We're here from Ponyville because there is severe weather around Equestria and we thought it had something to do with Cloudsdale."

 

"S-so you're also trying to stop this weather." said the Pegasus. "I'm Cloudchaser and I thought you are one of the Wonderbolts who would punish me for bailing out of the group." Cloudchaser was shivering less then she was before. "But you shouldn't be here."

 

"Why not?" pondered Photon Jet. "Has something happened here?"

 

Cloudchaser took a deep breath and tried to remain still. "Well..." she calmly said. "It all started when we were busting clouds around Cloudsdale. The sun was shining and everypony even me worked hard. But then that all changed when those dark clouds suddenly appeared. We tried to get rid of them but they keep multiplying every time we bash them! Cloudchaser started shivering again. "And then...t-t-this big, scary THING came out of nowhere and attacked us! It was horrible!

No... Not the Wonderbolts... One of his fears has came true. The Wonderbolts are attacked. Storm tried to keep calm despite the situation. "What is this 'thing' you are talking about? Maybe I know something about it...." Storm offered. One of his friends, Techny, knows a lot about monsters since he used his gadgets to eliminate them.

Cloudchaser tries to remember what she had been through. "I c-can't remember what it was..." she replied "It was big and intimidating and uh, frightening...But I do remember when Rainbow Dash I think told the others to e-evacuate up into the mountains. I d-d-d-didn't go because I was so scared..."

 

"Could that be why your hooves are rainbow coloured?" Photon Jet asked Cloudchaser.

 

"Y-Yes." She replied. "I was so scared that I tripped into a rainbow pool. It was horrible I tell you!"

 

Photon Jet thought for a moment and decided that both ponies should go and find the Pegasi in the mountains. "Maybe some of the Pegasi might know what that monster is." he said to Arcing Storm. "It's our only option to stop all this chaos from worsening."

"Techny might know about the monster we are dealing here but sure. Let's find 'em!" Storm nodded and looked outside. Still raining with gusts of wind and lighting bolts. He out on his goggles and trotted outside. Suddenly a lighting bolt struck him but he only was wincing a bit, not showing anymore signs of pain.

"You're alright there Storm?" called Photon Jet after the lightning struck Arcing Storm. He noticed that the Pegasus was wincing but still standing. "That lightning bolt sure was vicious! We better hurry or our place would be flooded!"

 

"Bu-Bu-But..." Cloudchaser said nervously as she was still shivering with fear after seeing dark clouds ahead.

 

"Don't worry!" Photon replied. "The sooner we get this done, the better! Let's go Storm!"

"I'm fine. Lucky that my special talent gave me semi-immunity to lighting bolts..." Storm answered with a smile, hovering up. "Yeah! We need to move! ASAP! Other Wonderbolts might need help!" He called, looking back to Photon and Couldchaser. Another lighting bolt tried to strike him but he dodged.

"Alright." said Photon Jet. "Let's go! To the mountains!" After saying that, he took off, hoping Arcing Storm would follow behind him.

 

Meanwhile, Cloudchaser was still shivering on the cloud. "Oooh...they'll be doomed soon enough..." Cloudchaser thought to herself.

Storm headed to the mountains, dodging any lighting bolts trying to strike him. His special talent allowed him to predict where lighting bolts will strike when he is keeping his guard up. Another lighting bolt struck his wing but he kept flying.

"You seem to be having a rough ride there." Photon Jet called out to Arcing Storm as he flew by his side. He was surprised he was taking lightning bolt strikes so well.

 

After some time flying together, Photon Jet wanted to know about the pony called Techny. He then called out to him. "Storm." he said. "Could you tell me about this Techny you speak of?"

"Yeah it's a tough ride but I'm tougher." Storm nodded as he dodged the lighting bolts. He did barrelrolls to dodge them while still keeping his speed and his trail of lighting sparks. "You wanna know about Techny? Well... What do you want to know?" He asked while flying.

"You mentioned Techny might know the monster we are dealing with back at Cloudsdale. I'd like to know who he is and how much he knows about monsters." he told Arcing Storm as lightning bolts crash near both ponies. "If he knows how to put a stop to that beast," he continued, "we'll be able to save Equestria from all this madness."

"I can say that he knows a lot. He might be able to stop this one but the lighting bolts--" Storm dodged another one before continuing. "Might be making a hard time for him since he's not used to lighting bolts as I do." He dodged the lighting bolts skillfully.

"Yeah, he wouldn't be out in weather like this." said Photon Jet. "Maybe if we..."

 

Suddenly, he was interrupted when the situation got worse! There were more lightning bolts than ever before and the winds got stronger. Photon Jet was trying to keep at the right flying angle. "Ugh!" he grunted. "Looks like the weather doesn't want us to be there!" But soon afterwards, an enormous shadowy figure slowly appeared under both ponies with menacing red eyes.

Storm looked down and saw the eyes. "We must get out of here!" He said as he did a Thunder Blast to fly away from the monster. He was blown by the up wings and lost his balance, causing him to fall down. He tried to fly up with another Thunder Blast and flew up, hovering.

"Yeah! We have to go somewhere safe in the mountains!" Photon Jet replied as he tried to keep his balance even more. Both ponies flew off as fast as they can but the huge shadow was catching up to them.

 

The shadow caught up them and let out a bellowing sound. *GWWWWOOOOOAAAAR* Photon Jet was petrified by the loud noise and was losing control of his flight. Almost instantly, a big, dark blast spouted from underneath close to both ponies by surprise. Luckily, it didn't hit them but then the blast formed into more dark clouds. In just a few seconds, the newly made clouds started sending great bolts of lighting to Photon Jet and Arcing Storm!

Storm caught Photon and did another a Thunder Blast, desperately trying to get away from the monster. He dodged the lighting bolts but unluckily he was stricken with one. He let go of Photon as he went unconscious, falling to the ground while not showing any signs of waking up.

"STORM!" cried Photon Jet when he said Arcing Storm losing altitude. He raced to him and got him in his clutches. "Just a little more..." he told Arcing Storm as he saw the mountains up ahead.

 

The area around them was chaotic. There were a countless number of bolts and the wind blew like a hurricane. When Photon Jet looked back, he saw the face of the shadow lurking in the dark clouds. He'd never seen anything like it! It opened it's mouth and is about to launch a direct blast at both ponies.

 

As the shadow charges it's attack, Photon Jet saw a cyan Pegasus with a multi-coloured mane in the distance. The Pegasus moved towards them very fast and quickly swiped both Photon Jet and Arcing Storm right before the shadow launched it's blast!

"U-Ugh..." Storm slowly woke up and started hovering already. He looked around. His vision was still blurry but slowly clearing up. "What happened...?" Storm asked no pony in particular until he slid out of Photon's grasp, hovering. When he saw a cyan pony with a spectrum mane and tail, he smiled. "RD... You're alright."

"What's going on?" said Photon Jet as he was being held by somepony. He then looked up and saw the same Pegasus as before. "Rainbow Dash! It's you!"

 

"Eeyup! That's me alright" Rainbow Dash replied as she landed on a mountain with both ponies. She then turned around and gave a stern look. "But what in the hay were you both doing out there!? You both could've been toast!".

"We were trying to find what the buck is causing all this chaos and it seems that we just found 'it'. The problem is though... What IS 'it'?" Storm answered before placing his hoof under his chin, thinking while hovering. "Also, I heard that you told the Wonderbolrs to evac to the mountains, tpright? We are also trying to find them."

Rainbow Dash tilted her head a little. "So you're also trying to put a stop to this problem, huh?" Rainbow Dash replied. "I like the style on both of you but being out there near that "thing" is like being in a buffet with your name on it! That monster's the one responsible for all the bad weather in Equestria and the Wonderbolts, even me in particular are planning on putting a stop to it!"

 

"Wonderbolts?" said Photon Jet. "Where are they now."

 

Rainbow Dash pointed her hoof at an entrance. "They're in there with the other Pegasi from Cloudsdale." she answered. "You're lucky I got you out of there in the nick of time or you two wouldn't be here. Come on in. We might have a plan to save Equestria....right after we had something to eat."

Storm nodded as he flew with Rainbow and Photon to the entrance. Suddenly a Pegasus with a black coat and cyan mane and tail appeared, seemingly trying to escape the monster. He was wearing a pair of cyan goggles. Storm recognized the Pegasus and called him. "Techny! Come over!"

Rainbow Dash and Photon Jet saw the Pegasus flying towards them. "Another Pegasus?" said Rainbow Dash. "I've never noticed him before. Is he your buddy?

 

Photon Jet looked at the Pegasus carefully. "That must be Techny." he said. He never saw that Pegasus before but he started to wave at him. "Hey! Over here!"
