private Weather Outbreak (IC RP)

Once again, the Weather Breaker flew off after looking for the group for a short time.

 

Photon Jet let out a sigh while Rainbow Dash moved in front of the group. "Alright!" she said to the group. "We now know that the plan worked! All we need to do now is to gather everypony together and put a stop to the Weather Breaker once and for all!"

 

The yellow Pegasus suddenly appeared and was impressed. "Hmm. You actually made it back. Not bad." she told the group.

What did you expect? Us dying? Storm though to himself, a bit confused by her. "The spray gun is ready." Techny said, checking his device for spraying the chemical. "Is anypony hurt during the time we were outside?" Storm asked, looking around the group. Techny looked fine and so did he.

"Me and Rainbow Dash are alright." Photon Jet told Arcing Storm. "No major or minor injuries luckily." He then looked at the other Pegasi getting ready.

 

"When you all were away, all of us were getting prepared to launch an attack on the Weather Breaker." The yellow Pegasus said to him.

 

"So I guess a plan has been made, right?" Photon Jet asked her.

 

The yellow Pegasus nodded. "We're gathering everypony together to discuss what we must do to get rid of that monster." she said. "Get together with the other ponies and keep your ears on. That's an order." She moved over to the center of the area.

Form and Techny nodded before trotting to the ponies gathering around the yellow Pegasus. He took out grenades and passed one per pony. "This will stun the Weather Breaker for a short while. Only use this in emergencies." Techny said, keeping one left for himself.

Photon Jet and Rainbow Dash also gave everypony a stun grenade for them to get away from the Weather Breaker's sight.

 

"Alright everypony!" called the yellow Pegasus. "Now's the time to stop all the extreme weather and take back what's ours! All of you are equipped with the best things Techny here came up with...even though I don't know how he carried them all. Still, we're now gonna go full assault on the Weather Breaker with no holds barred!"

 

"That's right!" Rainbow Dash replied. "We're now gonna stop hiding and starting kicking flank! Who's with me!?" Everypony cheered after hearing her speech.

 

"Uh, Rainbow Dash? That's my line!" the yellow Pegasus told her.

 

Rainbow Dash became embarrassed and chuckled slightly. "Sorry..." she said.

 

Everypony got ready to head outside into the dangerous storm where the monster lurks.

Storm and Techny grinned as Techny took the machine down and flew outside. The place was still a mess but luckily the Weather Breaker hasn't noticed them yet. Techny turned the spray gun to 'mist' mode for better coverage. "The gun is ready! Just lead the Weather a Breaker to me and I'll take care of it!" He said.

Photon Jet nodded and went out with him. One by one, each Pegasus flew out of the den. The yellow Pegasus told them to stay close in a formation so that nopony gets left behind. As everypony flew together, the dark clouds still burst out bolts of lightning.

 

Rainbow Dash then spoke to the group. "If you see the weather getting worse, that means the Weather Breaker is nearby!" The group understood and continued to fly by her and the yellow Pegasus's side.

Storm and Techny nodded as they flew with the group, Storm being just behind Rainbow Dash while Techny was behind the yellow Pegasus. The weather got worse and worse as clouds darkened and the wind got stronger.

 

Storm sensed a lighting bolt coming up and was about to hit Rainbow Dash so he flew under her and used himself as a shield for her from the lighting bolt. Luckily he seemed fine.

"I guess I should be thankful." Rainbow Dash told Arcing Storm as he saved her from a lightning bolt.

 

"Alright!" shouted Photon Jet. "The Weather Breaker is nearby!"

 

"We know!" replied the yellow Pegasus. "Alright everypony, get ready because this is our only chance to save Equestria!"

 

Photon Jet rubs his hooves together to gather electricity to strike the monster when necessary.

"It's fine Dash. Don't worry about me." Storm said, flying by Dash's side.

 

The yellow menacing eyes turned to look at the group. Techny got his spray gun ready while Storm kept his guard up for anymore lighting bolts. Lighting bolts started to aim at the group then. Storm shielded a few Pegasi before the pain starting to kick in.

Suddenly, they heard a familiar sound. "GRRRROOOAAAR"

 

"Time for battle stations everypony!" the yellow Pegasus called out to them when she heard the sound. The group swoops down to assault the Weather Breaker in a triangular formation.

 

"CHARRRRGE!" cried Rainbow Dash.

 

"Right behind you! said Photon Jet. Soon everypony was charging at full force while avoiding the lightning.

Storm flew ahead despite he was in pain. Techny readied the spray gun and flew forward. Whenever Techny got a chance to have a clean shot at the Weather Breaker, a lighting bolts interrupted him.

 

"I need somepony to distract it!" Techny said, knowing Storm wasn't able to do it.

"Leave it to me!" shouted Rainbow Dash. She headed close to the Weather Breaker and pulled faces at it. This makes the Weather Breaker enraged and started blasting her with it's dark cloud spawning beam.

 

"You now got a clear shot Techny!" shouted the yellow Pegasus. Then she saw Photon Jet tagging along next to Techny. "Hold it you! You're not supposed to be with him! This is a job for Techny!

 

"If that's so I'm coming with him!" replied Photon Jet. "I'll deal with the lightning bolts with my jet suit. Trust me"

 

"But..." said the yellow Pegasus and she closed her eyes, thinking about risking another Pegasus to take down the monster...She then let out a sigh. "Alright...but don't blame me when you're out."

 

"I won't." he said to the yellow Pegasus. "Come on Techny!"

Techny nodded and flew ahead with Photon while Storm stayed back. When he knew the Weather Breaker is in range, Techny turned the spray gun on and a green mist of the cloud dissolver came out. The wind was to the pegasi' vantage as it blew the mist to the Weather Breaker.

 

After a while, the clouds started to lighten up and the wind started to go back into breezes. The Weather Breaker was eliminated.

"GRRRROOOOAAAAR!" cried the Weather Breaker as it was hit by the cloud diminishing spray from Techny.

 

"It's working!" cried Photon Jet.

 

"Aw yeah! How'd you like them apples!?" said Rainbow Dash with a smirk.

 

The monster soon dissolved into a tiny spec of cloud that tried to fly away but Rainbow Dash soon caught up to it with no problem at all and whacked it with her hooves. The sky was clear again and the Pegasi including Photon Jet cheered for this wonderful victory. Some even hugged each other happily.

"Whew... Finally..." Storm said with a tired smile, the lighting bolts left him hurt but at least able to fly.

 

"Another job done." Techny smiled as he put his equipment back into his saddlebags. "Now it's gone, I'm heading back to my place. See you later, everypony." He said before flying back to Ponyville.

Photon Jet, Rainbow Dash and others were relieved that the chaos around Equestria is over. The sun was now shining and the birds started singing again.

 

The yellow Pegausus smiled. "Well done everypony!" she said to the group. Equestria is now safe!"

 

Photon Jet heard what she said. "No problem Miss, uh..." he paused because he didn't know who her name is.

 

"Just call me Spitfire." she said. "Alright everypony, time to head back to Cloudsdale!"

 

"Yes ma'am!" everypony shouted. Then Rainbow Dash saw a Pegasus flying towards them. It was the same Pegasus who was in Cloudsdale from the monster.

 

"Cloudchaser..." Spitfire said when she saw her.

After a while Storm felt the pain faded away and went back to normal. "What is it, Miss Spitfire?" He looked at Cloudchaser before looking back at Spitfire, wondering what was wrong. I hope she won't get scolded.... Storm thought to himself, worried for Cloudchaser.

Cloudchaser huffed and puffed as she arrived at the group.

 

Spitfire was cross when she saw Cloudchaser. "Where've you been Cloudchaser!?" she said to her with a stern look.

 

Cloudchaser explained her reason. "Sorry ma'am! I was too scared to be with the other ponies because of that monster and all the bad weather. When the two ponies, Photon Jet and Arcing Storm came by, I told them to find you so they'll give you a helping hoof. After some time, I knew it was a bad idea to cower in fear. I had to act like a Wonderbolt and face the pressure myself. But it seems you all sorted out the problem already.

 

Spitfire looked across to both Photon Jet and Arcing Storm. Then she looked back. "You're lucky you did something useful or you would do 100 laps." she said.

 

"I did?" questioned Cloudchaser.

 

"Yes." Spitfire replied. "You told Photon Jet and Arcing Storm to come find us here so they could help us take down the Weather Breaker. I'd be honest, I never knew these two had some potential just like the other Wonderbolts. Sooo, I'll let you off for hook this time...just this once..."

 

"Oh, thanks ma'am!" Cloudchaser said happily. She then kept a straight face when Spitfire gave another stern look.

Storm sighed in relief. "Anyways, should we get going to Cloudsdale? It's going to be dark soon." He asked Spitfire, looking at her through his goggles. Storm waited for her command before starting to fly back to Cloudsdale while also checking for any leftover thunderclouds.

Spitfire looked at the sky getting dark. "Alright everypony!" she shouted to the Pegasi. "We can all head back to Cloudsdale and get some shut eye. Let's not stand around doing nothing and start flapping!" The Pegasi started heading back to Cloudsdale in clusters.

 

Before heading back herself, she looked at the other ponies. "This might not be the right time to say this but we owe you on." Spitfire said to Arcing Storm, Photon Jet and Rainbow Dash.

 

"You're welcome!" replied Photon Jet.

 

"Always a pleasure working with ya, ma'am!" said Rainbow Dash.

 

 Spitfire then flew off with the other Pegasi.

 

"Time for us to head back as well!" said Rainbow Dash. "There's another day ahead of us."

"It's nothing ma'am. Glad I can help." Storm answered to Spitfire before looking over to Rainbow Dash. "What about a race to Ponyville, Dash?" He asked with a grin, flying over to her. He has been wanting to race with Dash since he saw her flying while he was patrolling.

Rainbow Dash gave a smirk to Arcing Storm when she was challenged to a race. "Ooh, you think you're faster than my wings, huh?" she said to Arcing Storm. "You're on!" she flew right next to Arcing Storm to begin the race. "On your marks...get set...GO!" Rainbow Dash dashed to see if she can reach Cloudsdale first.

 

Photon Jet saw both Pegasi racing in the distance. "Hey!" he cried. "Wait for me". He then started to catch up to both Rainbow Dash and Arcing Storm as the sun began to set.
