Lunatic Cake 1,618 August 4, 2014 Share August 4, 2014 You will not be able to tell which country will start WW3, simply because if a WW3 were to occur, many countries were to blame since a big alliance will be needed to win this war given our modern society. With the current media and the speed of informations leaking worldwide, it would not be wise to start a world war as a country since whoever starts it will be subdued by other forces before any harm can happen.
