"Lucas..." Lovely began, "what's going on?"

Questioning the Captain obviously wasn't getting her anywhere, since the bombardment of questions seems to have put him in some sort of petrified state.

Blaze's ears tuned in on all this arguing and she slowly got up and tried to walk to Lucas to ask whats going on, but she collapsed again and said "Uh, WHY ME, I Give up on this, I may-swell die, I can't even walk right now."

Keel's stone-faced expression was doing its best to hold up the slowly-swelling guilt and self-hating anger within. He felt regret from putting the passengers in danger, and ire from getting his ship blown up. As he lingered on those thoughts, he began to consider his first option of ditching them and going alone to face whatever tribulations get thrown at him.

 

However, he had to hear and see what was about to play out first before making his choice.

"The Plan was for me and Keel here to come to this island to meet this pony do tasks Missions....i was told that other passengers will be picked up on the other beach" he said holding his hoof out to Keel to help him up. "Sorry your still captain i shouldnt have hit you"

"Then we have to get to the other side of the island before who ever is picking us up decides we're a no-show!" said Darts.

No, I'm not gonna leave them. That would just be cowardly of me, Keel thought as he took hold of Lucas' hoof, which Lucas used to pull Keel up onto his hooves. "Don't worry about it, Lucas, though I will admit, you hit me pretty hard," Keel said.

Lucas sighs "let me get the map and we will" He Reaches for the map realising it isnt there "Oh no...no no no where is it Buck!" he looks around franticly trying to find the map "No i had it where did it go" His face grows pale again "I've lost it"

"That forest is thicker than pea soup!" Lovely stomped her hoof down, creating a small cloud of dust where she stood. "How will we ever find our way back to the beach now, OH! We're going to die here!" Lovely felt the tears coming again, but she restrained herself long enough to glare at Lucas.

"I swear to Celestia i had it when we went to sleep last night....i dont understand where did it go?" he said looking at Lovely shaking his head then looking at the floor.

"If only I could get above the canopy, then I could figure out where we are" Darts said stretching his useless wings. "I think we came from that direction" he said pointing off into the woods. "Or maybe it was that way... or that way..."

Lovely looked up at the rugged mountain the ponies were standing at the base of, "so what's on top of this mountain that is so important anyway? Since we're going to be here a while, I might as well know."

"I want to know too" Darts said, he looked at Lovely. "How about some of us go check out whats on top of that mountain, the others can find the way back to the beach and signal those of us up on the mountain, we should be able to see the rest of the island from up there" he suggested.

"What I'm looking for isn't at the top of that mountain, it's somewhere at the base," Keel said.

Lovely turned to the Captain with slight fear in her eyes, "but we're at the base." Lovely went to stand next to Darts, "we seem to be the only ones not keeping secrets here."

"Sure looks like it" Darts said, he looked at Keel, "What do you need to find? Why did you bring us all here?"

Lucas looks at the captain "The Deals off Sir you can all sit down here and wait for him to give us Orders and get us caught however im climbing the mountain and see where the Buck im going" Lucas turns for the mountain and Walks towards it.

"I'm with him, you coming Lovely?" Darts asked her as he turned after Lucas.

Keel drew a slight aura of ire from what Lucas said, but Keel prevented it from clouding his mind. "There's a metal door somewhere on this mountain's base. Beyond it is a hallway leading to a surveillance room connected to many CCTV cameras littered around the island. One of the is at the top of that mountain and is fully controllable. We can use it to find where our rescue crew is." Keel explained.

"uhm," Lovely looked down on her less than capable body, "I'll try". The mountain would be nearly impossible to climb without magic. Lovely followed behind Darts, "what do you think Lucas meant by 'he', who is giving orders? Who is powerful enough to disable our powers and wings?"

Lovely turned back to the Captain, "so are you coming or not then?"

Keel was just about to walk away when he heard Lovely. "Ah, I see my words have fallen on deaf ears. But I'll just repeat what I said, though I doubt you'd care," and Keel proceeded to turn to her and repeat what he said.

[Croaks 251]

Croaks woke up again as he noticed the ponies walking closer to the base of the mountain.

"Hey, wait up!" he yelled after them, as he ran to them as well.

Blaze woke up again but had no hope in hell of following the rest of the ponies and she shouts softly to keel "I don't care if you lied, I can't go on." and Blaze falls to the ground in pain

[Croaks 251]

Croaks was still walking towards the group when he saw Blaze get up and fall down again.

He sighed and went back to get her.

He picked her up, and helped her walk towards the group.

Croaks remembers a cereal packet he has in his back-pack. He said, "Eat this, lots of sugar, it'll help you stay up for thirty minutes or so."

Important Announcement

Anyway, because the pace of this RP has slowed down significantly, and because of real-life burdens (I have mock exams coming soon), Twister and I plan to pack this RP away and lock it up and come back to it at a later time in the future when we don't have as many things to keep track of.
