gaming Need a hand with Bravery Default

Hey guys, I bought BD recently, and I kinda need help with the restoration of Norende Village. I can't rely on StreetPass because not many people in my country will use a 3DS on the street (first, the console is expensive, second, the insanely crime rate is asking to be robbed and/or murdered). I found out I could get a worker per day by updating the game with the adventurer, but I'll have to wait until I get home because the connection in my hotel room is not good for it. Do I need tons of friends in my N3DS per update, or I can get one per day without any friends?

 

BTW, if you are interested in helping me with summon friend, that would be cool, but I'm afraid I won't me of much help because I just defeated the first boss of the game (I'm playing in hard mode)
