Hydia in FiM?

I was wondering, what if Hydia from G1 movie was a major villain in FiM? Would she be a good villain for FiM or doesn't she fit in FiM universe?

 

IMO in a battle with her Zecora would play a very important role since she's a witch too.

Screw Hydia. Reeka and Draggle FTW! In all due seriousness though, the characters would have to be ponified at the very least to make it into FiM, or maybe altered into other animals or mythological creatures, and I'd rather new characters be introduced who maybe share some of their quirks. I think it's doable though.

Zecora is far from a witch. She doesn't use magic, she's an herbalist specialist/ potion maker

I don't mind if they take villains from older gens or make up new ones, just because they brought back Tirek won't mean they'll go back resurrecting the older characters. either way is good, I'm sure she'd make a better villain than Flim & Flam/ The Diamond Dogs!

Unless they remade the witches as some kind of animal or monster, no, we don't need humans x) Even then, since Tirek has been brought back, the only other villainous thing I'd enjoy seeing brought back is the smooze. But the actual witches can stay in G1.

The Smooze would be interesting....I mean, just think, with all the world building already done in FIM, where do you think the Smooze would come from? Just how they convolute that small detail makes me highly intrigued.....As far as the idiot humans go, I don't know, don't we already have Snips and Snails? I mean they got stupid down to a T....
