*He sighed in relief.* "Oh thank Celestia you're alright, well actually conscious, not alright." *He went and sat next to her and glanced her over, afraid to touch her and possibly cause her anymore pain.* "How are you feeling? Do you need anything? Pain killers, water, food?" *He asked with a bit of worry.*

"What are these pain...killers of which you speak", she asked him trying to brighten the mood. "Maybe you were...right about the Wind...Igor, after all. Seriously though..all of those sounds like really...good ideas right now, though I hate to admit it", she said and it was true. She hated having to rely on anypony, no matter how hurt she was.

*He chuckled.* "Even after having a windigo removed from your body, you have to make a joke. Alright, let me go get those pain killers." *He got up and went to find the kitchen and find the pills. After he located the kitchen, he rummaged through the drawers and cabinets and found the pain killers and filled a cup full of water and went back to the living room.* "Here you go, these should help." *He said placing the pills and the water next to her.*

She took the pills and gulped down the water. "Windigos really suck. Why were you dumb enough to try and fight it, anyway, you moron",she asked as she had ee what was happening during the Windigo's brief respite of freedom and control until the poibt of its removal from her, but couldn't do anything about it. She was more or less trying to stand but was simply too drained mentally and physically from the windigo's excessive use of her body.

"Whoa now, take it easy." *He said placing a hoof on her shoulder.* "I wouldn't be trying to stand just yet, you just had a Windigo spirit removed from your body that was bent on encasing Equestria in ice and snow." *He said.* "And why did I try and fight it? Well, it was mainly anger really, fueled by adrenaline. I do a lot of stupid things when I'm angry." *He said, rubbing the back of his neck.* "That's why I like to stay calm."

Storm laid back down as he explained why he chose to attack the storm spirit. "Idiot....you could have been killed....and if you had Bern killed, I would have killed you", she said with her head on her hooves and her wings laying limply on the floor as she was too tired to tuck them up at her sides.

"Well then I would have died... Twice apparently." *He chuckled.* "But luckily, I'm somewhat of a tough Pegasus, I can take a hit." *He said.* "And I already think we established that I'm and idiot, moron, or any other demeaning names that insult my intelligence, I know it was a dumb idea." *He said half defensively, half jokingly.* "But the important thing is that your ok, and still alive."

"Alive yes....all right, absolutely not", she said rolling onto her side and back so she could talk to him easier. "You asked about food...can you grab something from my fridge like maybe the sandwich...you can get something to eat too if you want to", she said as her eyes were closing and head lolling to the side.

"Alright, hold on." *He got up and went back to the kitchen and retrieved the sandwich, put it on a plate and came back and put it next to her.* "Here you go." *He said, nudging the food towards her.* "I didn't grab anything, not very hungry." *He added, his mind still spinning from what had just happened.*

"Thanks. If you so get hungry just grab something. So you went to the windigo in my head in the first place for help stopping it.. and he actually let you in the castle....I don't know how you're alive...attacking a windigo....seeking help from the crankiest old coot I know

"What was I going to do? Let it completely take over your mind and freeze Equestria?" *He said.* "Nope, I couldn't let that happen to you or the entire empire. (Honestly, what is Equestria?) So I went to the unicorn who originally put the thing in your head for help. It was either that or the Princess- *He pointed a hoof downwards.* down there. So yes, I did go to the old nut." *He chuckled.*

She laughed a bit but quickly stopped after realizing that she couldn't even laugh without it hurting. (It's usually referred to as a country...ponified America...Detritus, Manehatten, Las Pegasus...) Storm looked at him and smiled a bit. "I'd hug if I could actually stand right, you brainless foal...don't go playing hero again".

"Aww, your so sweet." *He chuckled.* "Don't worry, as long as I have my head screwed on right and keep my cool, I'm not going to go do any more dangerous activities." *He said.* "So, uh... What are we going to do with you? Do you want to stay on the living room floor, or do you want to be moved to your bed?" *He asked while rubbing his neck.*

"This floor is really uncomfortable so I'm just gonna closet eyes and magically teleport yo my bed", she said jokingly before barely standing and leaning on the wall for balance. "And somehow I don't think walkings gonna happen", she said walking a couple steps before landing on her back again. "Halp", she said rolling over onto her legs.

*He couldn't help but let out a little laugh at her joke, and went over to help her. He picked her up, threw a forearm around her shoulder and made sure she was balanced, and that he was also balanced as well on his own three hooves.* "Alright you, let's get you into your bed." *He said, slowly starting to walk.*

"Nice bed. Nice windigo free head wants your fluffy pillows. Give them to me", she said collapsing on her bed and diving her head into the pillows. "Thanks, Blue. Before you say anything, you don't gave to leave. You can hang out if you want to..unless you have something better to do like your job".

"Ha! Nope, I took the day off again." *He laughed.* "And shit am I gonna have such a fun next few days at work." *He said with sarcasm, then sighed.* "It's coming out of my paycheck and extra hours are being piled on to me. Plus I'd rather sit here and hang around, but after one thing." *He said, then found the floor very interesting.* "I'm sorry how earlier went, in Canterlot. I didn't mean for things to get so out of control." *He sighed. Then lightly tapped his head with his hoof.* "Damn you dad sometimes, damn you." *He mentally scolded.*

"In case you were wondering, he did ask me out but I told him no. The only reason we were walking like that was because I was lightheaded and we were heading back here so I could rest and get rid of the headache I've had since going after....the factory. That's what let the windigo out initially...me getting pissed and making that tornado in the forest...I didn't even mean to make it...sorry for making you miss work", she said nuzzling.

"Oh, wait... Ah crap." *He facehoofed, then started scolding himself mentally.* "Are you shitting me right now!? You have just passed a new level of idiocy, Blue. Real smooth." *He chastised himself.* "Don't worry about it, it's not something I can't handle." *He said to Storm.* "So if you didn't say yes to him, uh..." *He started out again, poking at the clouds beneath him.* "Would you, uh, like to be my marefriend?" *He said, blushing, being this the first time he had ever asked a to be with him.*

"Well, I already told Glitch who I do like that I wouldn't go out with him. So I guess I probably had a reason to do that. And that reason wad because I'm with you. And about the not asking, I need a little certainty in life, that why I flipped that you hadn't even asked me out and you thought you could be pissed at me" Storm said rubbing her head.

*He chuckled nervously and rubbed his head.* "Well, that's me for you. Jumping to conclusions all the time." *He got up and sat next to her on the bed, careful not to move her too much.* "Sorry about not asking you in the first place, probably should have done that sooner." *He said sheepishly.* "Well, at least it's cleared up now." *He smiled.*

She was lying on her side facing him and put her foreleg around him as it was all she could really do without moving too much. "That's kind of a pet peeve of mi e...guys who don't bother asking me to actually be their marefriend and just assuming that I am", she said smiling a flash of a smile.

*He laid down on his back slowly.* "Well from the context of some of the conversations we had, it sounded like we were already a thing." *He said with a small chuckle and put a hoof over the foreleg that was wrapped around him.* "Again, jumping to conclusions. It's a bad habit to pick up." *He smiled and shook his head slowly with his eyes shut.*

"Yeah well too bad if it seemed like we were. What matters us we are now. Just be warned I usually end up breaking off of relationships really fast...I mean I broke up with Orchid Bliss after just three days because sh-i mean, he was too boring always going on and on about flowers and junk", she said her head on his neck. (Note how feminine Orchid Bliss sounds)

"I'll keep that in mind, but it's not like I'm going to ramble on about my hobbies or anything." *He said, now a little worried it might end too soon. He looked back on what she had said.* "Wait, Orchid Bliss? It sounds similar to the flower sister's names, and she almost said she. Well, better now then never." *He thought to himself.* "Hey, not to kill the mood or anything, but are you bi?" *He then mentally added 'I am such an idiot.'*
