*He couldn't help but silently chuckle at her dramatic exit into her sleep.* "Heh, oh Storm." *He snuggled up against her and awaited sleep to fall over him.*

 

*The next morning, Blue opens one eye and looked around seeing he was not in his own home.* "Probably should get used to this." *He said mentally before closing his eye and laying there in silence.*

Storm woke a bit when the sun hit her eyes. "Stupid sun....clouds, make the mean sun go away", she groaned before the sun was covered by a group of clouds. "Good clouds". She shook him a little. "Hey, wake up, you want anything to eat or anything you head to work and I go quit the Wonderbolt"?

"For the record, I've been awake." *He said without opening his eyes and smiling. He opened his eyes and sighed.* "I hate that I can't compliment you." *He said with a light laugh. He sat up and stretched his hooves and wings.* "Yeah, that sounds pretty good." *He said patting his stomach.*

She let out a defeated sigh. "If you wanna compliment me so badly then fine...do your WOR...er-best, I guess....she said no longer minding if he complimented her, she had other things to think about. She dropped the floor and went the kitchen, scanning the fridge for something to make. "So what do you want eat, just name it".

"Aww, now it's no fun. I'll compliment you when the time comes." *He said. He walked into the kitchen and sat down.* "What do I want to eat? Food." *He said sarcastically.* "In all seriousness, some toast would be fine."

(Not bad. And I like that you got her actual color scheme, not just her pure blue flying suit).

 

She smiled at his remark about it not being any fun anymore and smirked. She passed him a plate of toast with jelly and butter on a second plate. "Not sure what you prefer".

(Thanks I really don't consider myself 'artsy' but I like to draw here and there. )

 

"Mmm.... Jelly." *He said, licking his lips, then taking the plate with the toast with jelly on it and taking a bite out of it and moaning because of its taste.* "Oh how I love jelly, this stuff is delicious." *He said, taking another bite of the toast.*

"Sounds like you're really enjoying that toast", she said chuckling. She made herself a bagel with peanut butter and bananas inside. "Yummy time', she said once again acting childish for her own entertainment. She ate her bagel and hopped in the shower quickly. When she came back out, her mane and tail were groomed and wings were at her sides in a relaxed manner.

"You bet your flank I am!" *He said in a cheery tone. He ate the rest of the toast and got something to drink while she was off in the shower, while waiting for his turn. When she came out, he looked at her and saw her well groomed.* "Well, someone is looking nice today." *He gave her a smile.*

She smiled back at him and took a piece of his toast. "Thank you", she said acknowledging his compliment and grabbed her own drink, this time a simple cup of water. "There's a reason I look like this. I'm trying to nice since Spitfire and I have...a history", she said choosing not to elaborate.

"Have a history huh?" *He said, taking a sip of his juice.* "Knowing you, I'd rather not ask about it. Seems easier if I just leave it at 'You've had some things happen'." *He finished taking a bite of his toast.* "And you actually acknowledged my compliment, thank you." *He said with a grateful smile.*

Her cheeks flushed pink momentarily when he mentioned 'things happening between her and Spitfire'. "Yeah...I guess you could say things happened", she said nodding. Then she brought her muzzle to his ear and whispered to him. "That's why her nickname is....never mind".

*He instantly put two and two together, but seriously considered bringing it up or not. Being his stupid self, he decided to bring it up anyways.* "Ok, screw it. I'm interested, what happened between you two?" *He said with a raised eyebrow, hoping what he was thinking was just his stupidity.*

She just smiled and looked at him pointing at herself then at a picture of Spitfire on her wall. She then pointed her hoof up at her bedroom. "Alls I'm gonna say", she said drinking her water. Storm just looked at him blushing hard and waiting to see his response.

"Oh shit! You slept with SPITFIRE!?" *He said, quite shocked, but couldn't help but chuckle.* "Well sweet Celestia, I don't know how you managed THAT but it's certainly impressive. Makes me wonder how much you could do." *He raised an eyebrow playfully, still shocked at what she had done.*

"Sorry..I don't reveal my secrets...well, not those secrets, anyway, she said walking around him in a circle. "You just slept in the same bed that and I....'slept together' in, just throwing it out there. And she nimble....not as flexible as I am, but still pretty good....she definitely tasted good".

*He stood there locked up and wide eyed.* "I.. uh... um..." *He stuttered, feeling a blush rise to his face, trying to not think about what happened between Storm and Spitfire.* "I uh... really should go shower." *He stuttered out, walking to the bathroom to shower, trying not to think about it.*

She started laughing as he stammered and walkwd to the bathroom to shower. She couldn't help it, it was just too hilarious that she could mess with him that easily. She wasn't about to tell him the fact that her and Spitfire hadn't done anything at her house, only Sputfire's.

*He came out out of the shower feeling refreshed as he shook his mane and Tail out for and spare water droplets. He went back to the kitchen to talk to her.* "Ok now, are we done talking about whatever fun times you and Spitfire had?" *He asked, then added mentally.* "Cause honestly, it's something I don't want to think about at work."

She walked over to him and hugged him. "Yeah, I'm done talking about her and I, not to worry, my cute dumb nerd", she said nuzzling him. "I'm going up to see Spits-uh..erm... Spitfire and explain the situation with the stage fright and junk", she said brushing her mane which was a rare thing for her to do.

*When He almost say her nickname that he probably shouldn't hear before getting more aroused, he face hooded.* "I don't... I don't even... I just... I don't even." *He said, screaming at himself to push the thoughts of Spitfire and Storm Strafe in bed out of his mind before something embarrassing happened.*

She headed for the Dior before she could freak him out more. "I'll see you later, Blue, once I finish my meeting with Spitfire", she called to him as she took to the skies heading for the Wonderbolt Academy and namely heading towards Spitfire (the only part that mattered to her).

*He sighed and went off to work like usual, except coming down from the sky was the only thing different. At work, he had finished all his normal and extra work, so he didn't do anything in particular that interested him, playing some games and such, but was bored most of the time.*

Storm flew up to the academy and walked into Spitfire's office without bothering to knock, which told Spitfire who was coming in. "Hey Storm, what brings you back already", she asked taking off her aviator glasses. Storm explained her problem and Sputfire tore up her contract at Storm's request before she flew back home.

*During his lunch break, Blue decided to fly back up to Storm's to see if she was home.* "And possibly get some lunch." *He added to himself. He flew up to the floating cloud house and entered without knocking.* "Storm? You here?" *He called out.* "If not, I'm just gonna grab some food and be on my way!"
