No he's got it sort of hidden by his mane but it does give off a small glow since he's manipulating the magic in it to weaken the darkness in him( the shadow). He can manipulation it because over the years he managed to tap into it and the minute magic from his Unicorn blood from Sombra so he can use magic but only to suppress the shadow. Really just manipulation of magic not actually using it.
