He thought. "Poor Riley, nearly got a 'slap heard round the ocean'..." He thought, trying to keep his laughter down to manageable level to prevent too many bubbles. He wasn't even thinking, the series of events having caught him off guard. Storm simply flew straight up, before what happened caught up to him and his wings snapped shut. Suddenly, startled by Riley's question, He gave another involuntary flap of his wings. Storm was sent fifteen feet straight up, before coming back down. He landed head first, getting stuck inside the cloud. "Mmmph..
