King Kong in the 2005 movie was a BEAST. The way he took on three evolved versions of the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex with such ease was incredible. It was three mother-fricking Vastatosauruses and he took them down with little problem while having an annoying lady on its hand.

To be fair, the V-Rexes he fought were juveniles. I believe the guide stated that even Kong would have trouble with a full grown one. Also, 1980's Kong survived tank shells while having a heart attack, he's beast too.

 

Anyway, yeah, I think Eren goes down too. Eren does have regen, but it has its limits and he can get tired fairly easily. If Kong pulls the jawbreaker on him, it'll probably knock him out, considering his reaction to Annie decapitating him. That being said, if Kong just tries to beat him into submission, Eren might be able to win by stabbing him with his arm bone or something

I loved that movie...my testosterone level got too damn high from watching those scenes.

This scene, where Kong proclaims himself as the king by banging his chest and roaring over his rival is probably my favourite scene from the entire franchise, because it describes King Kong very well. Until this day, this is the only remake I like better than the original.

Even if the original is better...

Also the scene where he fights the three V-rexes...throws them around and rips open their jaws and shit. Reminds me of primary school when everyone played king of the hill on a pile of snow.

That is incorrect. Eren's regen isn't all that good. When his head was chopped off, he was out of the fight. Hell, earlier on, he fell from exhaustion against the Titan swarm. Even against Annie, he was looking tired before she finished the job on him. Kong just needs to do enough damage to the point where Eren can't regenerate, at which point Eren falls from exhaustion

I was referring to the fight in the forest. In the city fight, while he lasted longer, in the manga, he never went flaming mode and was pretty much out of the fight at that point. Eren has never shown any impressive stamina. 

 

1st time: The Titans were so much weaker than him and half the time, he killed them in one shot. Not a good example for endurance

2nd time: He fights Annie very briefly and while he has a disadvantage, it's not huge. Then he starts panting like a dog and Annie finishes the job

3rd Time: The fight in the manga did not involve the flaming mode, therefore, he probably only lasted a minute or so

Eren was able to knock Annie into the air, sure, but Titans are light for their size. Kong is his physical superior, and the regen is heavily overrated. If Kong goes for a jaw breaker, he wins since destroying Eren's head can indeed knock him out. Titan damage soak is also pretty heinous in general, considering the fact that his arms break when he punches the ground. It's not a force issue, as he can't break through buildings

Kong may not know to cut the nape, but he does love going for the head, and Eren's head being destroyed equals a ko
