Silver nuzzled him affectionately and smiled a sleepy smile. "Someone was giving you trouble", she asked him quietly as she stood up, obviously still sleepy. "Do tell me the whole story", she said not realizing she had slipped back into her Canterlot talk.

*His heart skipped a beat when he saw her sleepy smile, thinking it was absolutely adorable.* "Oh it was nothing really, this stallion was making, um, inappropriate gestures that included you while you slept implying to take advantage of it. Of course, why would I even do that to you?" *He said, rolling his eyes in confusion to why a stallion would do that to a sleeping mare.*

Silver blushed a bright crimson at the words rwlesed from the stallions mouth and as predicted she HUD under her seat at what he said, violently shaking her head in more embarrassment than anything really. She sat the cowering until she was certain all of the other patrons had left. "Um...please don't ever do the things he mentioned", she said quietly as she stood back up.

*After he witnessed Silver go under the seats and blushing he leaned down, making sure she was okay. After coming up and back out of the seats, he gave her a hug to comfort her.* "Don't worry Silver, I would never think of doing those things to you, never in a million years.*

Of course, Storm would have laughed at the stallion's jestured before knocking him out with a swift kick but Silver was much more delicate, much more Blue's speed. She rests her head on his shoulder and smiled a bit. "I...I'm sure you won't, I think I remember Storm saying if you hurt me shed come back and kill you", she said quietly, hoping he wouldn't take her seriously.

"Knowing that mare, she would find a way back from the grave to come rob me of my soul after besting the ever living crap out of me." *He said with a little laugh. He cleared his throat.* "Alright, so shall we be on our way?" *He said, holding out an arm that was pointing towards the exit.*

Silver merely smiled at his joke and followed him out. "Where would you like to go, Blue", she asked rather formally as she walked him down the street glad he hasn't gone into the less desirable tidbits of the rude stallion's actions and left it as he had.

*When they went outside, Blue saw it was getting dark, with the Celestia's Sun setting on the horizon, it gave him an idea.* "Seems to be getting dark. That gives me an idea. Lets head on home to my house." *He said, hoping what he had planned would be something she would like.*

Silver nodded and followed him down the street, smiling as the cool night breeze came through blowing their manes gently as they walked. "Might I ask, what is it that you have in mind to night, Blue...er, sorry, um...what do you have planned", she asked talking more naturally as she calmed back down.

"You'll see, its a surprise, which I hope you like." *He said with a smile. As they reached his house, he unlocked the door and went inside and started rummaging through the kitchen, looking for his fancy dinner stuff that he usually kept around just in case.*

Silver smiled and sat on his couch not wanting to peek and spoil his surprise simply conjuring a book titled 'the broken spindle' to read to herself while he was in the kitchen, unsure of what he had planned as she laid herslef comfortably on his couch with her book.

*After a good fifteen to twenty minutes, he had set up a table for dinner for two with their dinner on the plates already, glasses with two bottles, one champagne, the other wine. He lit a candle that he had placed there and turned off the lights, poking his head out into the living room.* "Alright, come into the kitchen!"

Silver smiled nervously and followed him into the kitchen seeing the set table and her jaw hit the floor. "Blue..I had no idea you were so elegant or a cook", she said lovingly and followed him to the table. "Was this your surprise for me, if so, it is very nice, thank you".

"Yup, this was the surprise! When you're a softie for romance, you tend to pay attention to how things are done, and when you live alone you either learn to cook or order out every night." *He said chuckling softly. His heart was fluttering, knowing she liked what he had done. He went over to the table and pulled out a chair for her to sit in.*

Silver wasn't quite sure where her words had gone and smiled nervously up at him. She finally found her words and sighed happily. "Thank you, Blue, this is just wonderful, ", she said as she allowed him to push in her chair after she had taken her seat, glancing nervously at the bottles.

"You're quite welcome my dear." *He said, walking back around to the other side of the table to sit down himself. He picked up each bottle in each wing.* "So wine or champagne? Or would you like something else instead? I didn't know which you'd like so I just pulled these out at first.*

Silver smiled a bit nervously and accepted his offer for champagne. "The champagne sounds lovely, thank you very much, Blue", she said before realizing she had again slipped into her habit of Canterlot etiquette and blushed at her own awkwardness.

*Blue smiled and poured the champagne into the two glasses in front of him m, deciding to have some himself in moderation of course. He noticed the formality of her voice and decided to ask about it.* "Hey Silver, your canterlot is showing." *He said with a small chuckle.* "Although it is very enticing."

Silver just looked down a moment and sighed. "Sorry, I'll try to sound more natural and not like the Canterlot snob I so clearly am", she said trying to make him laugh and accepted the glass gingerly, uneasy around alcohol but small amounts were okay but too much and she got skittish.

*He noticed her look down and sigh, thinking she felt a little out of place.* "Oh no no, dear I actually quite like your Canterlot diction, I don't think you're a 'Canterlot Snob'." *He said chuckling softly, doing air quotes with his wings. He sipped his champagne hoping Silver wasn't bothered that he liked her canterlot diction.*

Silver looked at him rather closely and smiled nervously. "Okay then, I'll speak in my proper diction for you since it seems to make you happy", she said with a happy smile as she sipped her drink. "This is a very nice meal you have prepares for us, thank you", she continued her speech.

*He chuckled softly and did a small bow.* "Why thank you Silver, I decided to put my cooking to good use and for a great cause at that." *He said, looking upwards back into Silver's eyes.* "I hope that I did well in the cooking and it didn't come out with a, uh, different taste then what it should be." *He added sheepishly, taking a bite of his food.*

Silver didn't much like the idea of speaking while her mouth had food in it so she waited to be sure she had nothing more to say on the subject before taking a taste of the food. It was quite good and her compliments went to the chef, in this case, Blue. Once she had finished chewing, she spoke up with her opinion. "The food is quite good, Miseur Blue", she said with a small chuckle.

"Whoa, that's a new one I've never been called." *He said, eyes widening with a small smile.* "I've been called sir and all the like but Miseur is definitely a new one. I like it, sounds mysterious, yet entrancing." *He added, wiping his mouth with a nearby napkin and taking a sip from his glass.*

Silver smiled at his approval of her calling him by that name and returned to her food, but he could see the smile she quickly hid from his gaze. "Wonderful, I am ecstatic that you are not displeased by my choice of surnames", she remarked as she looked at her plate.
