*He reached out and poured the red liquid into her empty glass and put down the bottle, taking a sip of his own wine. As they entered silence again, Blue started thinking of things to say, and remembered why he had wanted to bring her here.* "Um, Silver." *He started out.* "I wanted to thank you for the past few days, keeping me company and just being my friend in general. It's really help me get over what happened." *He said, looking down at the table, glancing up very little.*

silver gave a small nod an even smaller smile but force herself to keep her head up and look at him when was talking. '' No problem, I actually enjoyed it. And so, that you for spending this time with me as well", she said trying to avoid the subject of Storm's death.

"Oh, well you're welcome." *He said looking up and giving her a smile feeling his cheeks turn a little pink again. He started to think again.* "Damn it Blue, are you falling for her? I don't know." *He thought to himself. He pondered not he question of whether he was becoming interested in the mare across from him romantically, but came up in the middle needing more time to think.*

Silver just took a sip from her wine glass and returned her gaze to the table and her plate. She went back to picking at her food nervously and wished she knew what he was thinking because this whole thing was awkward and confusing to her. "I just realized I hadn't thanked you for this. Thank you".

"No need to thank me, I should be thanking you for coming along with me above all things." *He said with a smile, finishing off whatever food he had left and focused on how glass of wine.* "You didn't have to say yes, but you still did, and I appreciate it." *He added with a sip of his wine.*

She slowly finished picking at the last of her food and drank her wine unsure of what to say at this point. "Well, I don't typically like turn down offers like that, since I really don't get a lot of them, on account that I really don't have a lot of friends", she replied with her own small smile.

"Oh, well that sucks. I'm glad that I could be one of those friends then." *He said with a smile and finished off his wine, feeling the slightest of buzzes, but not enough to impair him.* "You ready to go?" *He asked her, reaching for his bits to pay for the food, setting all the money on the table for the waiter.*

"So am I. It's nice to have at least one friend in town", she said as she nodded in response to his question about being all set to go. She stood and adjusted her bows, which were now slightly off balance due a slight blur in her vision and a small buzzing in her head from the wine.

"Alright let's get you home." *He said heading out of the restaurant. As they were leaving he gave a smile and a nod to their waiter who returned the gesture. When they exited the building, the cool air hit them like an instant pillow of chill air had flown over them, causing Blue to shiver slightly.*

She noticed he had started to shiver and pulled a pink sweater from her saddlebags and handed it to him. "I know.. I know, it's pink. I'm sorry but that's all I've got. No sense having you be colf", she said as she headed out of the restaurant and felt the instant chill of the cool air.

*He took the sweater and put it on, feeling the warmth immediately.* "Thanks, I shouldn't have this problem tomorrow when I get my jacket from Rarity." *He said starting off towards Silver's home. When they arrived at the house he turned to her and over her sweater back.* "Here you god thank you and um." *He switched to his thoughts.* "Do something you imbecile!" *He listened to his instincts and do the one thing he thought of. He kissed her cheek and blushed furiously.* "That's for um. Coming with me. Thank you again, have a good night!" *He said, taking off before she could say anything, and most possibly reflect him.*

Silver just stood there not knowing what to say or how to react to it. She eventually managed to go to her bed and try to sleep but him kissing her cheeks without any warning or reason to kept her awake in thought. She it on one of Vinyls tracks on repeat to try to get some sleep. The kiss had stunned her, but it wasn't all together unpleasant.

*Once He arrived at his home, Blue flew open the front door and shut it, immediately pressing his back up against it and floated down to the ground where he proceeded to bang his head on the door.* "What. Was. That." *He said, banging his head lightly between each words. He decided to get up and get to his bedroom, throwing his bowtie off to the side and laid in his bed.* "Oh great, what if she hates me now. She probably will reject me now. Why'd I do that."

(Like I said pretty much the polar opposite of Storm Strafe)

 

Silver eventually decided that Dj-Pon3 wasn't the best music for trying to get to sleep and put on one of Octavia's symphonies and finally fell asleep after a couple of hours just lying in dark.

*After lying in bed, feeding his thoughts more and more attention, he finally passed out from his exhaustion. A few hours later, he finally woke up to be greeted by Sun rays in his eyes and flipped his position.* "Ugh, I don't even want to get up this morning." *He mumbled, throwing the blankets over him. After what he did without thinking last night, he still felt a little bad.*

Silver woke up and made breakfast, ate it, and took a shower, going through her usual morning routine. The kiss from the night before no longer bothered her as she went to the post office and nail her bills in her old house, not wanting to go all the to Canterlot.

*He eventually came to the realization that he needed to pull his lazy flank out of bed to take care of his necessities. He took a quick shower then made his way to the kitchen to open his refrigerator, to find it lacking in food. He needed to go grocery shopping.* "Well shit." *He deadpanned. He grabbed and Apple and grabbed his saved bits and saddlebags and made his way to the local market.*

Silver was heading back home before remembering that she hadn't had the go and get groceries and her breakfast that morning had cleared out her kitchen. She headed to the market to fill up her fridge and empty his saddlebags of bits. She saw Blue and up to him trying to think of something to say. In lue of any ideas, she kissed his cheek lightly. "That was a thank you for the dinner", she said trying to quote what he had said after kissing her.

*When He felt Silver's lips against his cheek, he felt his body lock up and he started stammering out responses, none of them really coherent. He eventually pulled himself together and smiled.* "I-Its was no problem, really. I enjoyed it myself so it was a win-win scenario." *He said, feeling a blush rise to his face.*

She walked a little ways away to buy some fruit and she was still wearing the bows from the night before. She bought her fruit and moved a few stalls down for a few vegetables since she ate a lot of salad, she would buy a lot of vegetables, glancing at Blue a couple times here or there.

*When Silver had walked away, Blue noticed she was still wearing the bows from dinner last night and he felt himself blush a little.* "Man, she's really cute with her mane like that." *He thought to himself, before wandering off to the stalls for some fruit and bread, occasionally stealing a glance at Silver whenever he could see her.*

Silver bought some more fruit and vegetables, a bit of bread and pasta and a few things for cookies and brownies, filling her saddle bags nearly organizing everything so it fir nicely as she did. She had everything she needed at this point and headed home with small wave to Blue a little freaked that she kissed his cheek put of the blue like that.

*She waved back to her and finished up his own shopping and headed back to his home. When he was safe back in his house, he began to unload the groceries, thinking to himself as he did when no one was around.* "Wait, so if she kissed me today, does that mean she's interested in me?" *He thought.* "Maybe, but she said it was a thank you for the dinner, so probably not."

Silver slipped into her house and set all of her groceries away in the fridge and cabinets, perfectly organized like she always kept things. She went to her couch and walked a bit of the second Season of Dr. Whooves before realizing she hadn't made her bed and quickly trotted upstairs to do so before returning to her show, not watching the clock.

*After putting his things away, Blue proceeded to make himself lunch and planted himself in front of his television before playing video games while he ate. After playing for a few hours, finishing his food way before, he turned off his system and watched television for awhile, skimming through the programs, thinking about what happened earlier.*
