@@BrilliantVenture, Eh... I'm still trying to find material for inspiration. There's very little material of Vinyl Scratch for reference. I may have to do several sketches, pick my favorite for you, and then turn the rest into free bases and upload them to dA for others to use... because this is ridiculous.

like I said before, you don't have to add anything DJ wise, really you don't...would it be cool? sure! but a well drawn non-DJing brilliant venture would be just as cool too! really, don't overwork yourself...after all some of the best stuff is simple anyway...it's all good! :)

@@BrilliantVenture, I want to test my ability with these ponies. I mean, they're just ponies... they're so simple compared to the stuff I'm used to doing. I've been focusing on trying to match the official MLP style and I think I've got that down. Now I wanna branch out a bit and do other stuff... you know, really test my limits. I get frustrated a lot when I do this. It's not a big deal. I'll keep trying to get "the pose" and if I don't get it I'll settle for the guitar sketch.

 

I'm thinking of making a bunch of free bases for people to use. If I don't use the guitar sketch, I'll turn it into a base.

ah I see...again, I can actually relate to that...I'm constantly trying to 1up my self and try new things...one of my worst fears is just ending up as a guy doing the same stuff over and over again...

I'm not sure I'm gonna do too many more of these experimental colored ponies. They take too much time and I'm not crazy about how they're coming out. :wat:

Its pretty good, actually. I appreciate anyone who makes the artwork for them. 

So what would you plan to do if not these?

@, I'm pretty sure you could put any hairstyle you want on her... she is your OC. What do you have in mind? I have tons of references that I've found online. I'm sure I could find something that matches your description.

Something like this maybe but with the color that goes well with my oc body color :/
