Stewie wore some costume get-up, during the down syndrome girl song. I thought I'd draw it because he looked cool. I admit, it looks kinda messy.

I don't think it looks messy. I think it's great. Your lines are very clean, coloring is well done. I wish I could do stuff like this, but my artistic skills are very limited.
