Then sparkle had another dream this time he was in a history class talking about invasion's of equestria when he heard his teacher say "some say that the powers of the three race's"

Sparkle awoke with a jolt before thinking" celestia that was weird. Wait three races powers"and then he yelled "I've got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Out loud for every pony to hear "sorry snowflake did I disturb you? What you makin?"

"No... things are still good over here.... I have never tried making potions without my magic.... but I'm sure they will come out just fine.... I'm setting up a few specific potions.... we are going to deal with Rave..... and teach him a lesson for using us for his own personal gain"

Melody looked doubtful. "Snowflake, you don't plan on killing Rave, do you? I mean, maybe this isn't his fault. Magic can do something like this, I think, so maybe this is something else..... but you're right. We need to stop him. Hopefully without hurting him. Then again, Equestria won't be happy with him...." She turned to Sparkle Sword. "What where you saying before? You thought of something?"

"no I don't plan on killing him but if it does come down to it I must put him down" Snowflake finishes his potions and labels them.... the then puts corks on them and puts them away in his bag... "killing Rave is something I don't want to do.... but if nothing else works it must be done...."

"Huh ok then I trust you know what your doing" sparkle turns to melody "well once I was in a history class and we were talking about tirek and how he stole the powers of the three races to make himself stronger after that I fell asleep. Hey it was history class what was I supposed to do?"

"have you tried drinking coffee?" Snowflake says with a grin "I haven't been a small colt in years so I wouldn't know either.... plus I forgot a lot of things I learned in school since I got accepted into Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorn right after I finished normal school...."

Rave thought about his friends, about what he was sacrificing, but his other part banished such thoughts away. "You don't need those weak thoughts anymore, you don't need them anymore, they were never there for you, focus on the task at hoof" he thought to himself. "Yes, YES, this world will be corrupted, all that is pure..... will be destroyed.

Melody smiled a little. [Huh,haven't smiled in ages.] She shrugged. "I know about Terik, but how would that help us? You think we could use some sort of power like that? Terik stole his power, we can't do that. We need to know where to strike first, after we know what we're doing. We might not get a second chance to help Rave, or Ponyville. Any suggestions?" [Never thought I OC all ponies would be thinking about battle strategies. Never thought I'd BE in a fight either. I just hope nopony gets hurt..... or worse. I know Rave needs to be stopped, but to KILL somepony? Especially if they might be innocent.... I couldn't do that. But if I don't....]

Anyway how are we going to get close enough to rave to give him this? His house is the epicenter of all this so we can't just walk in the front door how are we gonna get into ponyvill? We can't teleport from here I can't fly in" sparkle closed his eyes and thought

"only certain coffee tastes good Sparkle..... get some at Joe's Donuts in Canterlot next time you go.... I bought so many cups there as a student in Magic School.... especially for those late nights studying..... then my hobby.... alchemy....." Snowflake walks towards the others and sits on the couch... "how we take down Rave its simple...."

After snowflake had explained sparkle nodded his head in agreement although he pulled out on argument "how do we get in and can you write the whole thing about the coffee down 'cause I'll forget it other wise (BTW random fact the real me doesn't like coffee either) I know Joe I've met him before I built secret base out of dohnught boxes once it fell down when it rained *sparkle looked down* probably a dumb idea to build it outside

Melody laughed. "Sounds like something my brother and I would do. Actually, I'd probably crash it on purpose to annoy him. Fix later. Anyways, when are we gonna start hunting down Rave? More importantly, does he know we are after him? I mean, do we even SEEM like a threat to him?" Melody wondered out loud.

"probobly not but we've got snowflake and he's.... hold on gimme a sec here........ naw i got nothin'" (clestia im a moron) " any way should we be off snowflake" sparkle looked towards snowflake with a look of extreme exitment in his eyes ( this is one of the best if not the best plan we've ever come up with) sparkle was just stareing at snowflake waiting for a reply

Snowflake drinks a healing potion then puts his cloak and hood back on.... "alright then lets go" Snowflake disenchants the anti-magical barrier allowing him to use his magic again "alright you two gather around" Snowflake teleports him and the others to Ponyville... Snowflake orders the others to begin the plan and hands Sparkle the thing goes off on his own.... "RAVE! Come out you treacherous rat! and fight me like a stallion!...."

Crystals were now spreading into the throne room of Canterlot. 

 

A mist started to surround Snowflake. A face emerged from the mist. It was the face of Rave Darkmane, his eyes leaking with dark magic. "Hellooooo there, Snowflakeeeee" he hissed. Without a another warning, Rave blasted Snowflake with dark magic. "Thought I would give sommeee biig baad guy speeeech?" he laughed darkly.

sparkle with the object in mouth mumbled "arought rerady you* untypable sound* rve den  i tis k?" (i hope this works is melody ready what's snowflake gonna do?) [ just don't drop it you moron ] [let the others do there thing] ( alright i hope you know what im doing) [ im you of course i do] ( true) sparkle gave a signal to melody signifying that he was ready

Melody twitched her ears, and flicked her tail, showing that she was ready. She stood in position, waiting, and watching. She tensed as Snowflake and Rave spoke. [Celestia, I hope this works. If not.... I don't want to think about that. We HAVE to get this right. I know we will, as long as me and Sparkle Sword don't mess up. Then again, I'm the pony that trips on closed doors.... Dear Celestia I'm a klutz. At least I know what to do. Should work. Just need to watch, not think. Act, not think.] She looked around, taking in the scene. She looked back to the group of used-to-be friends, alert for anything. [Hopefully nopony got hurt. At least, not fatily. If this doesn't work, sounds like Rave might. Could they really kill him though? Any of us? We were all friends at one time. What if I have to kill him? No, Snowflake or Sparkle Sword, they're stronger, they would probably do it. Probably.... unless they die. If Rave KILLS anypony, I will kill him. No questions asked.]

Snowflake deflects the dark magic with his ice magic.... "you used me... I will rip out your beating heart for that!" Snowflake jumps around the place dodging Rave's attacks "come'on you have the accuracy of a foal" Snowflake casted a wall of ice to protect himself "your power will consume you Rave!"

Rave only laughed at Snowflake. "Whatever pitiful training you have received, they are no match for my powers. I have consumed enough dark energies, I have used enough dark artifacts, to rival the powers of an alicorn". Instead of trying to directly strike at Snowflake, Rave creates an magical explosion, going in all directions.

Snowflake quickly reacts and casts an anti-magical barrier disrupting his and Rave's magic.... Snowflake stands idle staring Rave down.... even without his magic he knew Rave was still very powerful.... Snowflake drew his knife and stood back a few feet

"Ooh, bringing out weapons now? Can't handle my magic?" Rave laughs darkly. "Even though I can't use my own magic to destroy you, I still have enough dark magic pumped within me so that I have more physical strength". Rave charged forward horn lowered, stopping at the last second to jump to the side and then punch with his hoof.

Melody shot down from the layer of clouds she had hid in, tackling Rave. She pinned him to the ground quickly. "NOW SPARKLE SWORD!"She shouted to her friend. She glared down at Rave. [i'm not strong, I'm quick. Even if he gets up, I'll shove him back down.] "Don't even think about moving, Rave. I'll just shove you down every time. Caught you off guard, huh?" She mocked while smirking. [Don't be a jerk showing off, he could technically still win.]

Snowflake ran over and kept his knife over Rave's throat.... "if you move I won't hesitate to put an end to you Rave" Snowflake looks at Sparkle.... "hurry Sparkle he has allies and its only a matter of time before they realize the danger Rave is in.... after that its all over"

sparkle sitting twidling his hooves heard his name and rushed out. he spotted rave lying on the ground with melody above him and put the bottle down "Rave this is for your own good" he said looking into his eyes sparkle pulled out the cork and poured the potion straight down his throght . then he looked up and said " im sorry buddy " as the potion took its effect.

Snowflake watches as Rave's body stiffens.... he has been poisoned by a paralysis potion.... Snowflake takes the anti-magical barrier down and teleports everyone and Rave back to his secluded house..... he then casts the barrier back up "good work guys... to tell you the truth I didn't think that would work..... now all we need to do is remove the dark energy from his soul.... or I can keep him here with me as a house decoration.... tell me Rave how do you feel about gnome hats?"
