Pinkie flipped from her handstand to her feet, standing on Storm's shoulders. "Oh, you can go to the school Stormy and I go to!" She exclaimed happily, "It's a nice place, though boring... But that seems to be schools in general for this world. Anyways~, it seems like a nice place and we'll all be there together!" She cheered.

"That sounds like a plan." sais Eps cheerfully.

"But wich school is it. I also wonder what you actually do in a school. I know that  you learn there but I have no idea how. I learned most things in my life with expirience. 

All I know is that it happens in a building but I do not know what happens."

Storm shrugged, "During the first class we were talking to Skyla, after that I kinda dozed off during class..." He admitted, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. Pinkie giggled, flipping over Storm's head before allowing herself to be caught bridal-style in his arms. "I did too... Stormy makes a nice pillow." She said happily, snuggling herself into Storm's arms.

"Well, you problably learn while you sleep then I guess. Come on let's  head to that place right away. The earlier we get there, the sooner I learn and boy, I have a lot to learn. Le'ts go!"

 

Eps rushed away to the front off the malll but then ran back to Strom and Pinkie.

Storm and Pinkie chuckled and giggled respectively, "This way.." Storm said, walking down the sidewalk. He would have gestured, but his arms were a bit occupied by a happy Pinkie Pie. "It's not that far, in fact it's quite convenient..." Storm continued as he walked, "A lot of things in this particular town seem to be fairly close to the house I bought, well... Close by pony standards I guess. A lot of people here seem crazy lazy and drive just about everywhere..."

As Eps, Storm and Pinkie walked over the street Eps started to wonder something.

"Hey guys. If I take off my blindfold, will my eyes still hurt you think?"

 

Eps has been walking with the blindfold in front of his eyes the entire time. He started to wonder or it wouldn't cause him trouble at work or at school.

"I have no idea!" Storm replied cheerfully, "Usually I have to ask Nurse Redheart about how long something will hurt for...." Pinkie giggled, "You mean I have to ask her how bad you've hurt yourself doing something-or-other that is either dangerous or silly, sometimes both....?" She corrected with a raised eyebrow and a smile. Storm chuckled nervously, before whistling innocently.

Eps looks suprised at the two ponies that turned human.

"Yeah... I haven't hurt myself and it started here in the human world. Try to explain that to the nurse"

 

Eps sighs deeply.

 

"Alright, let's give it a shot."

 

Eps slowly removes the blindfold. Once he took it off, it felt normal for a few second but then his eyes slowly started to hurt again.

Eps put the blindfoldback on.

 

"It still hurts"

"Hmmm...." Storm thought for a bit.. "Any ideas Pinkie?" Pinkie though for a bit, "Nopers, any ideas from you and that noggin Stormy?" She asked in turn. "Hmmmmm....." Storm hummed in thought, trying to think about why Eps's eye might hurt. "Are you wearing magic contact len's or something?" He asked curiously.

Eps was suprised that Storm asked.

"No, I have the best eye sight in the universe without wearing anything that supports my eyes and if that was the case, I would have checked that first. I have a question for you. Has the air changed since a long time ago?"

Storm tilted his head, "Yeah, haven't you noticed how stinky it is? The humans have polluted this world so bad that they can't even drink out of random streams without the fear of death. Elck, it reeks.... Thankfully, I got a car that doesn't throw smoke out the back like the others seem to do... The people who sold it to me said it was some kind of experimental self renewable non-pollution energy source... It doesn't make sense to me, but oh well..." He shrugged.

Eps looks like he finally understands something.

"That's it. While I was studying the black arts, I found a way to adjust my eyes so it fits with the area I am at the moment. This was handy if I went from swamp to forest or from forest to... you know what I mean. I have been in the human world before, but the air was different in that time. I assume that the feeling of the air in the human world was somewhere stuck in the back of my mind, so whenever my eyes come in contact with the air of the human world it adjusts to how the air was back 10 years ago.

 

Right now I have 2 options.

I can keep the blindfold on but never take it off in the human world or I could take the blindfold off and let my eyes get used to the new air and in the end, my eyes won't only not hurt anymore but my eyes will aslo find a way to adjust in such way that my eye sight will be better then that of any human on this world but if I take off my blindfold  I will have to face a week  full of pain first."

"Owchies..." Storm and Pinkie replied, giving a wince so simultaneous it might as well have been choreographed. "That sounds pretty bad..." Storm said, "And really, really, really, really, really, really, reall-" "Pinkie" Storm cut her off with an amused mention of her name. "really painful-wainful..." she finished.

Eps looks a bit nervous cause of the situation he is in now.

"Before I get worried about that... I better head for Equestria. I am in this world without anything in hand. I better get some stuff from my home in the other world."

 

Eps grabs his watch that he got from Black.

 

"I'll be back soon... I hope"

 

sais Eps.

 

"Let's just hope that this things works."

 

Eps pressed the three buttons, exactly the way Black explained.

Eps finds himself in Equestria.

 

"Great, it worked! Now I better get my stuff and get back fast."

 

Eps rushes towards the mountains, where his house is.

 @,

 

 

Eps reaches his home in the mountains.

"Alright, now I just need to take the important stuff."

 

Eps takes a box and fills it with some of his silver. Eps also takes a small can filled with some food and a liitle bit of bits that he found on his desk.

 

"I can't just carry this with me the entire time. Wait a second!"

 

Eps grabs some sort of chest key chain. Eps holds the box filled silver close to the keychain.

For a second nothing happened but then the box got surrounded by light and dissapeared.

 

"Alright, now just head back."

 

Eps uses the watch again to get back in the human world.

"This is somewhere else then where  I left the human world... Oh well."

Eps ran in a super fast  speed and  after a few seconds he stood behind Storm and Pinkie.

 

"Did I miss something while I was gone?"

Storm looked around, Pinkie still snuggled comfortably in his arms. "I don't really think you've missed anything...." He commented, looking a Eps with a smile. "Though I'm not sure what could've happened in the.... uhm......" Storm checked his watch, "Ten or so minutes you've been gone...."

"Oh yeah... right..."

Sais Eps With a smile.

"Alright let's head to that school."

Eps all the sudden realizes that he doesn't even know wich day it is.

 

"Uhm... wich day is it actually? I think we can only get inside when it is a school day... wait... if it is a school day today, shouldn't you two be at school right now?"

Storm chuckled, "It's a weekend, and no the school isn't completely closed..." He said. "This school is actually fairly efficient when it comes to helping students and others, mostly because of the principle.. She stays at the school for a few hours every weekend, partially for completing paperwork and partially to help anyone who needs help with a school-related problem before the weekend."

 

(OC: I'm not sure if this is true, or even possible... But it's convenient, and I like the idea. (Really hoping I'm not stepping on toes here... )

Eps looks with a smile towards Storm.

"That principle sounds very nice. Let's head for school then. I am pretty sure that someone that nice would be more than glad to help me out with my problems.

I just hope that not too much things has changed since last time I went to school. Oh! I also got something."

 

Eps grabs his keychain and holds it with his right hand.

After a second, a bright light appears in Eps his left hand. As soon as the light dissapears, there are 3 small note books in Eps his hand.

 

"For in case we get seperated, we still can contact eachother with those notebooks. Just write something in it and and a signal will be given to everyone who has the same book.

Once you open the book, you will be able to read what the other wrote. There is also a feather in the book that doesn't need ink to write. You can also not lose the feather.

It will appear once you open the book and dissapear once you close it."

 

Eps hands over one book to Storm, one to Pinkie and he keeps the last one for himself.

"Okie Dokie lokie!" The two pony-turned-humans chirped out in synch. "Sooo~......" Storm started after a minute of walking, "What happens if sompon- Someone loses one of the notbooks?" He asked curiously, "Is there some sort of safety mechanism for that type of scenario dealy?"

Eps starts to laugh.

"Do you really think I didn't count on that. It's very simple. If you happen to lose the book, than that is no problem. One owner of the book can seal another. So if you happen to lose it, then me or Pinkie can just seal the book so it doesn't recieve messages anymore and to get a new one, I just need a new empty book, so I can put the spell on it. It doesn't matter what kind of book. 

I just have 3 ones that look the same right now so it is easy to recognise it but I can put this spell on anybook. But only if there hasn't been written in it. Oh, and as soon as one of us seals a book, the feather won't come back, it just dissapears forever and what was written will be faded out."

 

Eps starts to smile even more and sais with a proud voice:

"Now is that handy or not? But don't forget, as soon as you lose the book, tell one of us so we can seal the book as fast as possible."

She said happily.

"Yeah that's true. We better head for that school now but first..."

Eps grabs some money out of his pocket.

"I have 86 dollars, I found this by searching through my entire house. I want to buy something... They were expensive in my time but I guess they got cheaper by the time. Do you two know where I can buy a walkman?"

 

Sais Eps in a curious voice.

Storm scratched his head, and so did Pinkie. "Ummm..... Maybe at one of those big general stores? They seems to sell lots and lots of stuff, so maybe they have this walk-man-thingy that you're looking for...." He suggested thoughtfully, though unsure as to what the term 'Walk-man' referred to.

"Wait... you don't know what a Walk-man is? I thought that they would be popular right now. It's those little boxes with a headphone.

It's like a small box where you put a song in and then you can listen to the song if you put on your headphone."

Storm shrugged, "I've only been here about three or four times, so I'm not sure..." He replied uncertainly, "I've heard mention of it, but I had no idea what it was..." Pinkie giggled, "I've definitely never heard of anything like a 'Walk-Man' in Equestria..." She said, "It sounds kinda silly..."
