Skyla stood there, not letting any bit of her lie show.

 

"Where do I live? Around the corner from here," she answered. "What's up with the grin?" she asked, thinking he was a really strange guy.

 

Where does he think I live? In a trash can or a box on the street corner?

"So... eh... do you know anything about Storm and Pinkie?" he said, still embarrassed about his screw-up. He made a nervous laugh. "Storm said he was from another world while you were sleeping..."

"Not really. I've talked to them in class but that's it," Skyla said, telling yet another lie. It's best not to tell him now unless he finds it out from someone else.

 

"Really? He and Pinkie have always had a wild imagination. You can tell when you have a conversation with them."

"No no, that's what I initially thought. But he knew too much about that... incident. He seemed sketchy about it... shutting her up all of the time when she discussed it."

 

He thought again.

 

"Hey, can we continue this at your house? I have time to spare." he said, hiding his trick.

Skyla shrugged. "I don't know then. He usually doesn't shut Pinkie up."

 

She was thrown off guard at his question, thinking of him as a little suspicious. "Okay.. follow me then," she said, walking towards the front door of the school.

 

She walked at a fast pace, turning the corner and walking down to her house near the end of the neighborhood. She took her house key out of her bag, unlocked the door, and stepped inside, holding the door open from inside.

He followed. "Crap, she wasn't lying 'bout that!" he thought, walking through the door. "Eh... thanks." he said nervously. He looked at the inside of the house. "Eh... nice place?" he said, still nervous about the second screw-up today. (I'm leaving in about an hour and a half for a while. i can still do this until then )

"I know it's messy. I was busy over the weekend, and I had to finish my homework before getting the chance to clean," Skyla said, cleaning up all the papers off the floor from writing her essay and the dirty cups lying around.

 

"Anyway, what were you saying?" she asked as she straightened up.

"Oh, yes. Eh..." he said, as he started to go through his bag for the transcript he wrote. He took multiple things out to find it. "MySQL book... binoculars.. Ah, here!" he said, handing his transcript to Skyla. "I started jotting down what they were saying... If you can't read the shorthand, I can translate it..."

"Jeez, you have a lot of stuff," Skyla commented. She took the transcript and squinted over it, trying to read his messy handwriting.

 

"Do you have really terrible handwriting, or do you write in a completely different language?" she asked, looking at the symbols.

Eps walks through the mall with his 2 new Ipods and a walkman.

 

"Now what...?" asked Eps himself while walking through the store.

"I wonder how you get songs for this device"  sais Eps with a Ipod in his hands.

 

Eps kept looking at it while he walked further. Without looking forward he dodged everyone nearing him.

Adventually, something caught Eps his eyes. Eps saw  a red fake-leathered jacket.

Eps looked a few seconds at it and then he looked at his long coat.

 

Eps quickly went around a corner where no one could see him and made his coat dissapear.

After his coat dissapeared he entered the shop. a few seconds later he comes out of the shop with the red jacket.

 

"Nice."

Said Eps while he looked at his new jacket.

 

After a minute Eps stood still in front of a window where he could clearly see himself.

"The colors of my clothes doesn't really match... No wonder that everyone looked strange at me at school. "

 

Eps left the mall and walked towards the school.

"I think I also would look suprised if someone with a coat and only black clothes would walk by. I even were a blindfold. I beter head to principal May."

"I know it's the conversation since you told me beforehand. But, I have no idea what Teeline shorthand is," Skyla said. "It looks like you were trying to write in a mix of Greek and Hieroglyphics."

 

"Anyway, you have to translate it." She looked at the cigar thing that Eps had. "It's weird. I've never seen that guy around here and at school until today. He's pretty strange too," she commented.

Eps just walked out of the mall and went quickly around a corner where no one could see him. While no one saw him, His jacket transformed into his black coat.

"I'll have to wear this till I get clothes that matches with the jacket." Sais Eps to himself.

 

Eps took a cigar looking thing out of his coat and lit it on fire with his thumb again.

"Let's see. What do I have?" Said Eps while holding his keychain in hand.

 

Eps could see the invetory of the keychain by just looking at the keychain..

"Some potions, my metal work... flowers...? Luckilly things don't get older when they are in my keychain. They are still fresh... let's see, honey, chocolate milk and my sword and my wooden training sword."

 

Eps put his keychain in a inner pocket in his jacket that is located on the back.

"Luckilly I can get things out of it,even there is an object in the way... well... as long, as the object isn't to thick."

 

Eps kept walking towards the school. Eps passes a window of the house where Soprano and Skyla are located.  Eps didn't know that.

"Alright... sorry... it's my way of auditory dictation." he said. "And yes, it is very strange... he said to smoke it, but I don't exactly trust him enough..." he said, giving a you-know-what-i-mean expression. "Alright... I'll translate it... actually, i'll just read it aloud."

 

He began to read out the transcript.

Black went back to Equestria using his watch but didn't exactly make it but instead got stuck in the portal and finding a temple a little away which was surrounded with the colors of the portal making it hard to see but curious he went in. When he got in the temple there was writings and artifacts on the walls which he figured he'd have to come back to visit later but one main object which stood out at the end.

 

He walked up to it and in half-pony half-human he picked it up with a hoof and a hand but felt something like so much blood-loss and fainted.

 

When he woke up he was in the human world but being a half-pony half-human because of the portal failing he had to cover himself somehow and ran behind buildings to find Eps.

 

"Eps" Black whispered in a dark corner trying to blend in"come here."

Eps finally could see the school on a distance.

"That took longer than I though."

 

Eps started to proceed slowly until he heard someone wisper.

There was a man in the shadows whispering his name and telling him to come closer.

 

Eps got a drop of water at the back of his head like cartoon characters would get at awkward moments.

Eps took his off his blindfold and saw the mysterious figure.

".... This is just like what happened in Hoofingon...  That didn't end well... wait..."

 

Eps peeled his eyes and stared for a few seconds.

"... Black?" Said Eps with a questioning voice.

Eps walked towards Black and started to see him clearly. Eps looked with an awkward face when he saw Black as an half human and half pony.

 

"uhm... I am not sure or this is normal in the human world.... Are you going through puberty...? I have no idea what that means but people say that strange things happen when you go through puberty." Said Eps with a emotionless voice.

 

"There is actually something I want to try..."

Eps grabbed Black his cheeks. One human cheek and one pony cheek and starts to stretch them.

"This is really weird..." Said eps while playing with the human and pony cheek.

Shortly after saying that Eps let Black his cheeks go.

He finished reading out the transcript. "There. You got what's going on now?" he said in a fairly impatient manner. He sat down onto the floor. "Ugh... you don't have any painkillers, do you? I've got the worst headache right now..." he said, with his head indeed hurting.

Storm and Pinkie stared sadly at the seemingly shut-down bakery, "NOOOO~! WHY!! WHY!" Pinkie cried out dramatically. Storm was about ready to join her, but noticed a small sign in the window. "Pinkie, look!" He exclaimed, pointing at the sign which explained that the business had moved to a new address. "Yays! I was so saddy-waddy and worried that they had shut down... This seems to be the only place in this world that had natural-made baked goods after all!" Pinkie chirped happily, jumping onto Storm's back with a smile. "Let's be off Stormy, TO THE CUPCAKES!" She cheered, throwing an arm into the air. Storm laughed and started running towards the new address.

 

~~10 minutes later~~

 

"Wowee! They sure got bigger, huh Stormy?" Pinkie commented, staring at the much larger building. ((OOC: The old bakery building was more of one of those small side stores squeezed into a building with a bunch of others, the new one is like the size of the Cheesecake Factory)) Storm nodded, "They sure did Pinkie." He agreed, walking in. "Wow, everything looks so much fancier! And busier..." Pinkie said, looking around the place. "I hope we can still get enough cupcakes...." "And muffins..." Storm added, walking towards the counter. The cashier looked up, "Hello sir, ma'am what can I get you?" He paused, staring at the two for a moment. "Um... Your name's wouldn't happen to be Storm and Pinkie, would they?" He asked. Pinkie's eyes widened, and she jumped up to sit on Storm's shoulders before leaning over to look at the cashier. "Wow, they've even got a psychic working here Stormy!" She exclaimed while pointing at the guy behind the counter, who looked a bit befuddled. "Umm... Just hold on a second.." He requested, walking through a door behind him.

 

The cashier soon returned with a middle-aged man following behind. "Oh hey, Stormy look! It's the nice man from the old cupcake place!" She exclaimed, waving happily. Storm chuckled, "It's nice to see you again Mr. Baker." He said, sticking his hand out to shake. Mr. Baker grasped Storm's in both hands before shaking it vigorously. "It's so nice to see you two again and please, call me Trey! My little business was sinking, but after you purchased all those baked goods I had enough money to not only continue business but also to expand a bit!" He exclaimed happily. "Please take whatever you like, on the house today!" Storm shook his head, "No, we can't. I'll pay, if we took your offer you'd be right back down again..." He insisted with a small smile. "We eat a lot, and I'd hate to see the only natural-ingredient bakery around go out of business." Storm informed the man. "Yeah! Plus it just wouldn't be very nice to take any without paying, it'd be almost like stealing!" Pinkie added. 

 

After paying for their small mountain of baked goods the two quickly found a table outside and sat down to eat, happily digging in to the mound of sugary treats.

Eps slaps Black in his face, twice but very softly.

"Hey, If you are too ashamed too talk, I can't help you. I am sorry, but I know not much about the human body, only pony bodies... even though, I do not recall to see someone like this on street or on tv before going to Equestria. Maybe we need to ask someone else. I got it! How about the poeple we saw earlier at school and my friends who were at my shop. But lets leave Soprano out of this, he is still not ready to know all about it."

"Painkillers? Yeah, I have some aspirin. Let me get it," Skyla said, walking away to go get it. She returned with the bottle in hand and handed it to Soprano.

"I have a different plan how about you use your watch to teleport me back to Equestria and that should work for now" Black said "I installed a passenger carrier but you'll have to click a 4th button right on the side of your watch which is facing down at your hand."

 

Black hoped this would work or he'd just stick himself into the stuck portal forever.

Immeditally his blood pressure started to go down, as it is the effect of aspirin. His blood thinned, and he started to get light headed. "Ugh... this doesn't work very well..."

 

He passed out onto the floor from lower blood pressure. (Sorry. Just had to )

Skyla took the bottle back. She took it back to here it was, and came back to hear him complaining. "What's wrong? Are you okay?"

 

She saw him pass out. "Whoa, I've never seen or have that happen before..." She didn't know what to do. She wasn't a nurse or a doctor. She grabbed her phone and started dialing.

Eps looked at him with a face like he couldn't believe what he was hearing.

"You really did think of everything, didn't you?"

 

Eps set his back against Black his back.

"Sorry, I will have to do it this way, I have to use both my hands for this."

 

Eps started to toy around with his watch.

"Uhm... did you mean this button?"

 

Said Eps while pressing a button that teleported them to Equestria.

A yellow mare neared the outskirts of Ponyville. A bridge was all that separated her and the unfamiliar town. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

"It's all right. You're a regular citizen just like everyone else. There's nothing to worry about."

 

Knowing she was only delaying the inevitable, she opened her eyes and made her way across the bridge.
