Midnight Shadows sat atop a cloud letting out a small yawn rather bored, she glanced down at a small restaurant that had just opened up, she smirked to herself. "might go have some fun" she said allowed, she created a small black cloud above the restaurant and caused a sudden downpour soaking everypony that was sitting outside. she started to giggle to herself

Blaze Blitz had recently opened up his restaurant, the Cloud Kitchen in eastern Cloudsdale and business was pretty good for its first day. However, as customers were enjoying their food, a sudden downpour came down, prompting him to put up the awning to cover his patrons from the rain.

Midnight Shadow frowned as the customers were shield from her rainstorm. She snorted turning the rain-clouds to thunderclouds, causing several of the pegasus to cry out in alarm. "that's what i thought" she growled her tail flicking wondering how this pony will deal with this.

Blaze muttered to himself in annoyance at the cloud changes as he tried to figure out what to do about it. He finally resorted to calling the customers in the building to eat, so the weather would not be able to bother them. He was a bit iffy on doing it since the building was exactly huge so it was slightly cramping.

Midnight Shadow then stopped the storm making it a lovely day, she flew down spotting a large plate of food, "free food, score" she exclaimed woofing it down, one of the stallions came out "hey that's mine" he growled however Midnight Shadow sniggered, "two slow blankflank" she laughed before sending a large wind against the stallion making him crash against the nearest table. She quickly opened her wings and flew off not before wrecking the whole outdoors with another gust of wind.

Midnight Shadow glanced at the red stallion with a yellow and orange mane. She then glanced at the cloud she was sitting on which was black, the others around where white "no idea, this cloud likes being black for some reason" she added before licking her hoof "can i help you?" she asked trying not to laugh

He couldn't help but facehoof at her response. He pointed at the chaotic restaurant and them at her. "My patrons have informed me that you have have been wreaking havoc. Not that I particularly have a problem with a little havoc now and then..... But there is a point when you need to stop, you know", he said and landed in one of the clouds.

"sorry but i got to change the weather" she lied, "it was cloudy and then meant to be heavy rain, then sunny and finally localized flooding" she told him before twitching her ear "oh wait that's the weeks forecast, silly me" she added letting out a small giggle. Unknown to him she had just caused a massive rainstorm within his restaurant. "its meant to be raining now but its still a nice day, wonder why" she added before snorting. "oh wait flooding, i meant sunny" she smirked as loads of pegasus flew out of the restaurant "opps" she finished

She flew into the restaurant and started eating stuff from his fridge, "hmmm tasty" she muttered before stopping the rain inside the restaurant while she ate, she glanced back at the stallion "oh don't mind me, just eating you're profits" she said before tucking into a nice looking chocolate lcake

He landed in the restaurant looking things over. "I have the worst luck in the world, first I have to put with Storm... And now you are wrecking my restaurant..... Van I just ask you why you decided to wreck the place, do you hold some grudge against me", he asked in exasperation

Midnight Shadow ignored him and bent over trying to get the last item from the fridge, however she got stuck, "buck im stuck, can you er let me out please?" she asked making a small snorting noise from inside of the fridge. She wasn't very happy about getting stuck either.

Blaze just shrugged and flew into the restaurant and walked slowly over to the fridge, making sure to take his time to punish for wrecking the place. He reached the fridge and grabbed her flanks, pulling her quickly out and shutting his fridge. "Okay. Seriously. You just wrecked my entire restaurant which also happens to be my house on the top floor. Just... Why", he asked her.

"because i can?" she said smirking, "you're restaurant blocks my sun, i don't like that" she added snorting. "move the cloud or i will move it for you" she added before sitting her flank on the cloud. "if you don't like my 'competitive business strategy' go complain to the royal guards

And I'm not gonna complain to any guards about a little storm, but seriously couldn't you have at least tried to be rational about your disliking of my restaurant placement "?

And I'm not gonna complain to any guards about a little storm, but seriously couldn't you have at least tried to be rational about your disliking of my restaurant placement "?

 

Midnight Shadow shrugged, "like i said business strategy" she finished before glancing at the till, she went over to it and opened it taking the cash out of it, "nice, I will take all of this, every day of the week if you want to operate then you will be paying me 10% of everything you earn, otherwise bad things will happen" she finished pocketing the bits.

 

She then stopped all of the storms and flicked her mane "ok, you can now open again, however remember i need my cut for you're 'protection' and 'insurance'" she finished

He cracked a smile at her threat. "That's hilarious. Here is what is actually going to happen. You are going to return all of my money. You are going to never set hoof on my property again. How's that for a business deal. Because I don't deal with thieves or vandals. And I am not going to allow you to vandalize my home, that's for sure. So yeah, get out of my house that I now have to pay to have fixed because of a certain brainless pegasus pony", he said calmly as he looked over the damage and was fairly relieved to see there wasn't too much to worry about.

Midnight Shadow smirked before opening up the till, she cleaned it taking all the notes out before looking at him "sorry, forgot the notes" she added before walking out, she noticed him in the way "move?" she asked frowning, before jumping over him and kicking him in the face with her hoof. "opps, see you tommorow" she smirked before flying off

Midnight Shadow flew back in before glancing around, lots of other ponies were eating here however she was just here for the money, she walked over past the stallion she had assaulted yesterday and went over to the till opening it, "damn you got good business today" she exclaimed before helping herself to several of the large notes. Wondering if he got the message the day before.

Blaze stopped her with a wing around her hooves. "You're lucky I let you slide from stealing and assault yesterday and you have the gall to come back even after I banned you from my property.... Now, at this point, I'm starting to think I have no choice but to report you.... Is that really what you wamt"?

She snorted "report me and bad things will happen" she threatened, pushing him away "for that you're protection is now at 50% a day instead of 10%" she added taking all the notes from the till, she narrowed her red eyes at him "what you gonna do about that?" she asked smirking.

 

 

A group of royal guards stepped into the establishment "you sure this is where the new restaurant is?, all that flying made me really hungry" the Sargent asked his subordinate, who nodded. "sir i think theirs a commotion happening over their" a private inform them pointing towards a large back pegasus mare with red eyes, they slowly made their way over their.

Blaze just shrugged and looked at the mare. "Nothing, but you're getting fifty percent. You can have and if you want food, come in and I'll make whatever you want free. But that's all I am willing to negotiate..... Or, we could continue this discussion with the Royal gourds who as requested coming this way, your choice", he said with his own smirk. "Funny... I havnt even reported you yet".

Midnight Shadow twitched her ear before snorting "80%, free food whenever I want and you don't report me" she finished before touching hooves with him, then she quickly departed with the cash. 

 

The group of royal guards walked over to him and frowned "this the place with all the awesome food?, and whats that about?" the officer asked frowning, "if you got problems with that mare you might need to have to report her to the Wonderbolts and have them give her a 'no fly' status, then she might not be such a problem" he advised, then they all ordered the most expensive thing on the menu

He was extremely confused as to why she had grabbed his hoof but had important things to worry about at the moment. He turned to the guards and shrugged. "Me, it's nothing to worry about", he said and went to the kitchen to start on their food, deciding to wait and see if reporting herwwould really be worth the trouble.

The royal guard shrugged before tucking into the meal, after he had finished he left several bits as a tip "well if you get into more trouble with Midnight you can just report her and she go on the no fly list for good this time shes got previous on her 'insure' and 'protection' policies, i'm surprised shes still around after her last stunt, however have this in-case you need us" he explained before passing over a silent alarm. The group of royal guards then left the restaurant and went back onduty.

 

At closing time, Midnight Shadow flew into the building and kicked the door open, she then went past the owner with a large bag, "open the safe, I've got the till" she informed him with a smirk, "its been a good day, signed another few ponies to my 'protection and insurance' scheme. she then emptied the entire till and frowned at the stallion "wait i didn't get you're name, open the safe, this is a robbery, I'm gonna retire of your bits after today" she remarked.
