Hi Everypony,Theres something i've been wanting to ask for a long time,how do you type something above your avatar.

It is called member title and it is donor perk which means it is available to users who have donated to the site. 

 

You can change this field by going to your profile settings and then write desired title to the box.

The functionality is called a title. You can change your title if you're a donor, I believe.

Go to your settings and look under the Profile Information section.

 

There may be a field labelled "Member Title". This is where you set that text.

 

That field is only editable if you a site Donor or Christmas Donor.
