This is a WIP Drawing of Fluttershy I am working on. What do you guys think? I probably would have liked it 10x better if I actually knew how to freaking turn on the pen pressure -screams of frustration and a bunch of cuss words-

Mm, you might try going to the Wacom website and re-downloading the driver. After a restart you should have pen pressure back, sometimes Wacom tablets get a bit wonky.

Very well done, especially when you didn't have pen pressure. Give the butterflies some coloring if you want, and we'll have a damn nice piece of art xD.
