Factory farming, slaughter houses, and animal cruelty are enough to make me hate our race. So I'm sure that would upset her.

If she's TCB Fluttershy she would kill every last man, woman and child of Earth. Because she's be a xenophobic fascist.  

 

If she a canonish Fluttershy, she would not condemn us. She would look up our hunter gather history and realize our caveman ancestors needed to hunt to survive. She may feel upset a little that we eat meat. But it's likely in her world as well, the sapient minded griffons eat meat as well.

 

So, if she can't accept human or griffons for eating meat, she's a xenophobic bigot.

I think she would try bacon and then turn into a butcher...everyone is a vegan, then they try bacon.

I think she would understand, as she knows that some animals need to eat meat, and I think the only slaughterhouses she would mind are the ones that slaughter inhumanely.
