My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Fluttershy

How did you find MLP Forums?: Found a link to here on FIMFiction, decided to sign up myself.

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: After seeing a lot of art and references to the show, I decided to see just what all the fuss was about. Gave it a shot and here I am.

Okay, so, first off, a warning: I'm not the most social person around (also not the best at titles as you can see), I even sometimes actively avoid socializing. It's not that I don't like people, hell, some of my best friends are people, it's more that I'm pretty much socially inept. That or socially insecure, kind of hard to tell.

 

Self-deprecating humor aside, other than the user name you see above this, I'm also known as Krazykatboy. In fact, that's my go-to username, but I decided to choose one that fit the theme more. I apologize in advance for any confusion this may cause. I tend to do that, especially to teachers (Why rosters never have middle names, I'll never know). As I write this I kinda realize I probably should have put a space in my name. Whoops.

 

Honestly, I despise these "tell us about yourself" things, since I can never think of exactly what to put down nor can I figure how to not make it seem like a damn infodump. I hate those things, especially when there's no actual flow between subjects, but to hell with it I don't think there's any other real way.

 

I live in the USA and never really left Kentucky for any real length of time. Sure, there's the occasional vacation in Tennessee, but that's about it, no big road trips to cons or the like. Not to say I don't want to, just never 100% comfortable spending a weekend in a large place with a massive number of people I don't know in the slightest. Okay, that came out a bit more... agoraphobic than I wanted but it's more or less true. I'm currently a student, working on becoming certified for a few of the more common programming languages, like C#.

 

On the topic of best pony, I'm honestly torn between Fluttershy and Twilight. Fluttershy's fucking adorable and, despite appearances, can be exceptionally brave and strong. Twilight, like me, is a social recluse with a small group of extremely close friends. She's studious, like I wish I was, obsessive over little details, like I wish I wasn't, and blows things out of proportion on occasion, like I wish I didn't. Pinkie Pie's a close third. She's... well, she's Pinkie Pie. She's random as all hell and makes physics run away screaming like a little girl. She knows just what to say and do to cheer someone up (most of the time) and only takes things seriously for as long as absolutely necessary. 

 

God that was long. Anyways, favorite pairing is OctaScratch... or VinylTavia, whichever, the dynamic between those two is as entertaining as it is heartwarming. On that topic, I've actually found myself reading a lot of romance stories as of late. I blame those two for that.

 

Uh, my interests include computers, gaming (although I don't do many large multiplayer games), RPing, crime dramas, and I can't think of anything else to talk about. In all honesty, I think I spent too long on this. Seriously, who spends an hour (or more) writing these things?

Well hello there and welcome to MLP forums. If its not easy making friends, i'm sure members on the forums can share the same experience and will be glad to befriend you indefinitely. Hey there Clockwork Forge, welcome to the forums! I find it difficult to choose between Twilight and Fluttershy too- I find both to be pretty easy to relate to, plus awfully cute - though I'm more inclined to consider Fluttershy my favourite  I hope you enjoy your stay in this friendly community!
