How much RAM you currently have? I'm using 2GB RAM for 6 years now

Still haven't buy any new PC yet

I'm on 4gb

I had to clean up the cache every minute because it'd fill up with previews and stuff, not to mention things took ages to render.

But maybe now that I got a new gpu it might work a tad better.

Try to speed up the render time by using Quicktime / H.264. Not AVI

Haha okay .. but still, I bet your render time is faster than me, you have 4GB RAM while I have only 2
