Mistress Mare-velous!
Radiance!
Saddle Rager!

The Masked Matterhorn!
And Humdrum I guess.

Well either Fili-Second if she has no speed limit, similar to the Flash.  If not then Saddle Ranger cause if she's anything like the Hulk, the angrier she gets, the stronger she becomes.

All I know is this proves that Pinkie is undoubtedly the fastest of the Mane 6.

Filli-Second, since she's pretty much The Flash and it's been proven that if the Flash ever took anything seriously/went rogue, he could easily defeat most of the elite members of the Justice League and a good number of the b-list members.

 

Radiance would put up a good fight though, since she can conjure up anything she can imagine.

Pinkie Pie is not filli second and she merely adopted the power a comic book hero had in that episode. It's not a power she normally has. Rainbow Dash still has shown many better speed feats then Pinkie Pie has.

 

As for who would win, if their characters are anything like the characters they parody, then Filli second would compete against Radiance for the victory title as Filli's insane speed alongside Radiance's ability to imagine anything she wants out on the field can prove very powerful if she's not eliminated immediately.
