Evelyn looked at her comfortingly now. "Life is what you make of it. You merely have to find the good and enjoy it despite the bad. I still struggle, but we can find a way together," she said hugging her for a moment. After the storm had passed, she continued on. "So where is this secret head quarters of yours? More scouts are bound to see us if we remain stagnant. Lead the way boss," Smiling now as she gestured for her to continue with a bit of mirth noticeable now.

Miyu smiled softly, then stopped. They were now on the outskirts of the town. "I have teleport crystals that will take us there. I wanted to wait until we were out of town so no one would try to take them from us. You never know who you can and can't trust in this game anymore." She got in her sack and pulled out three teleport crystals. She handed one to Evelyn then Ikaru. "Use these. They will take you to the front enterance."

Ikaru had been silent the entire time lost in thought he grabbed a crystal "I'll see you guys there" he said and quickly teleported away upon seeing the entrance he changed back to his old armor that he had used when he had went to the front line long ago the armor was black with a irredesent red eye on it and he switched his shield it matched the armor he wore he walked in and the chater stopped they all looked at him some In horror some In respect

Grell was lost thjnking about the best plan of action to wipe out the guild that had abandoned him and his friends so long ago

Miyu smiled. She used the crystal, teleporting to the enterance. She walked over to Ikaru, smiling. "Let's wait for Evelyn before we go talk to everyone," she said, leaning against the cave wall.

 

Suki looked over at Grell. She sighed, laying her head on his shoulder. She was always close to him, even from day one. She had a giant crush on him, but had no idea if he liked her back. "I wonder when she'll get here...".

She watched as they disappeared into nothing using the crystal herself suddenly appearing at the entrance of a cave that seemed to be created by system itself. Miyu was with Ikaru leaning against the casually in conversation. Revealing her Laughing Coffin tattoo for a moment, she concealed it again a couple seconds later. If there was no need to reveal herself, then she have no need making her own life worse. She approached them then as a member of the front lines approached the trio now with a sense of urgency. "Stop! You have an Laughing Coffin spy in your midst. She leaves now before I decide to make a example of her after what my brother went through in her hands," Edgar said at Miyu pointing at Evelyn now. "YOU killed my brother, and now you'll pay for your crimes!" He drew his sword now. Evelyn backed up defensively now. "Look, yes, my former...associations weren't necessarily the best people but you can't punish me for something YOUR brother incited through his own ignorance. Back off before I make you pay as well. I guess your family isn't all that bright. If you wish to end your life now, I won't hold back," she warned. Both players had their swords drawn as a crowd immediately surrounded them waiting for the duel to begin.

Ikaru looked at the guy as murmurs of a laughing coffin member walking in with the eye of judgment ikaru pulled out his sword and gave the guy an almighty pummel strike to his unarmored head causing him to crumple to the ground groaning in pain he turned to Evelyn "put your sword up before I do the same to you" ikaru said he looked at te crowd "she's ex laughing coffin and with me if any of you have a problem with that then take it up with me"ikaru said his sword ready

Grell smiled feeling her lay her head on his shoulder

She sighed as he crumpled on the ground from his strike. "I guess I'll always be a little black vixen, might as well be honest anyway. Here goes nothing," Evelyn thought now. Removing her concealment garb and allowing her purple armor and emblem that tattooed onto her wrist to be shown visibly now. "You all happy now? I was hoping I could avoid this confrontation but I guess not...", she said as the fallen member was immediately tended to. She walked off on her own to attempt to get a sense of the layout of the cave. Hopefully someone would try to assassinate her, she wanted a reason to kill someone at this point and self defense would be legal after all. Just because she acted nice didn't mean the change of life style was easy...

Miyu blinked. "Evelyn, wait!" she said, grabbing her wrist. She grabbed Ikaru's wrist and made them follow her into the cave. She came up to Kirito and Asuna. "I would like to enroll them into the front lines. Yes, she is a former LC member, but she has proved to me that she is honestly wanted to leave."

 

Kirito blinked, raising an eyebrow. "Ikaru, nice seeing you again," he said simply, crossing his arms.

 

Asuna's hand instantly went to her sword, staring down Evelyn. "If you so much as THINK of betraying us, you're life will end," she warned her, opening her menu. She sent them both a request to join the front lines.

 

Suki looked at Grell, smiling softly. "If we ever get back to the real world, I want to become close to you like this all over again..." -And fall for you all over again...- she added in her head.

"If your asking if I'm magically cured? Then the answer is no. However, I simply wish to get beyond my past whether players like it or not. I simply ask for a chance," said Evelyn. "So will you let me stay then Asuna? You know Kuradeel taught me much, I could use it to poison the monster's we'll be fighting anyway. Since your the leader, what do you say?" she asked curious.

Ikaru looked at them a cold look on his face "I suppose for you it might be" ikaru saod he looked at asuna "as for you I will not work with anyone form that guild if yours try and makee and they'll die" ikaru said

 

Grell smiled "me too suki me too" grell said wondering where the other girl was at

Miyu blinked, looking at Ikaru. "Y-you know them??"

 

Kirito nodded. "Remember the 'Eye of Judgement' that everyone here talks about? Yeah, that's him. He just up and left us one day, without saying a word. I'm honestly surprised to see him here again, to tell you the truth." He looked at Evelyn. "We are well aware of what he has taught you. Just don't make us regret letting you join.

 

Miyu just stared at Ikaru in shock. HE is the famous "Eye of Judgement" that everyone talks about??? She couldn't believe it.

 

Asuna looked at Evelyn. "Yes, do not make us regret this." She hit the "send" button, both of them having a request to join pop up. She took her hand off her sword cautiously, her wedding band glinting in the faint lighting.

 

Suki blushed, hugging his arm tightly. "You know, since we have some time alone together, you really should answer my question I asked you a few months ago..." she muttered, not looking him in the eyes. (She asked him about 3 months ago if he'd go out with her, but he never answered her)

Ikaru nodded "indeed I am and kirto I'll need a list of all the deserters and those that retreated with out order" ikaru said he glanced at miyu -I wonder how much she knows about what I done- ikaru thought

Grell smiled and kissed her forehead "you'll figure it out eventually" grell said

Miyu still just stared at him, in complete shock.

 

Kirito nodded. "I will write it down tonight and give it to you in the morning," he said, looking at Asuna.

 

Asuna awaited patiently for them to accept to the join request.

 

Suki blushed, touching her forehead. "A straight answer would be nice sometimes you know," she huffed, pouting adorably.

Ikaru nodded "good I'll bring true order back to this front lines In know time"ikaru said as he accepted the request he looke at miyu "yes miyu" ikaru said looking at her expectantly

 

Grell smiled "you'll figure it out suki" grell said with a laugh he was surprised she hadn't yet

Miyu blinked, blushing. She shook her head, looking away. "I-it's nothing..." she muttered, eyes low. -There's no way I could ever come close to being in his league...- she thought, defeated.

 

Kirito nodded, extending his hand out to Ikaru. "Welcome back, Ikaru," he said, smiling.

 

Asuna looked at Miyu, blinking. -Does she like him? She looks awfully upset right now...-

 

Suki blushed more, looking away. She laid her head back on his shoulder. "I'd like to think the answer is yes..." she murmered, not looking at him again.

"Hmm, I guess even sanity seems insane sometimes...," observing their conversations for a moment briefly considering going on her own again. "Fine, I guess I'll do something for the greater good, but if I get more treatment that suggests unfair discrimination, you can count me out. I'll be in my quarters if you need anything." I accepted the invite and left leaving the others to their business finding my own space at some point. I composed a quick message to Suki wondering how she was doing. I sent the message and sat in my bed roll, I pulled a book out and read to myself for moment enjoying the quiet while I could.

I joined the front with Kirito, Asuna, and others as well. I will write to you as I can, be safe please for our eventual reunion. Take care of Grell for me, you know how reckless he can be at times.

Suki blinked, noticing a message pop up. She opened it and read it. She smiled, then began to reply to her.

 

Evelyn,

I'm glad you're safe and sound. Grell and I are in the process of making our own guild. I hope that no one has come after you yet. Lord knows they're probably already looking for us. If you ever wish to join us, just hit me up. I'll make sure Grell doesn't get into TOO much trouble hehe. I hope to see you again soon.

Oliver didn't know what to say or think, surely Pipi would share the same emotions unless he was programmed that way. Actually, he kind of felt invisible, but that was always such a great advantage for him, invisible. Oliver could be seen as the most harmless of children, and be unnoticed and shortly later forgotten afterwards. He liked it that way, no one could talk to him and he could enjoy some peace and quiet.

Miyu looked over at Oliver. She smiled, grabbing his hand and walking him over. "Don't be shy. They won't bite," she laughed, bringing him over to Kirito and Asuna. "I would like him to join, too."

 

Kirito looked him up and down. "War hammer, hm? Interesting..." He looked at Asuna. "What do you think, hunny?"

 

Asuna looked at Oliver. She smiled, ruffling his hair. "Seems like he'll be a good one. I say go for it," she said, opening her menu and sending him a request to join.

"Um. Yes, It's an interesting weapon choice..." Oliver kind of muttered, glaring at it, he was actually quite proud of it really. Afterall, not many people choose the warhammer due to its weight, but it dealt with it quite fine. Pipi chirped angry that Kirito didn't notice him sitting on the top of Oliver's hammer.

Miyu petted Pipi gently, smiling softly.

 

Kirito looked at Oliver. "And you're a beat trainer. I must say, you are an interesting one. Not many kids your size can carry such a heavy weapon. I'm impressed," he said with a smile.

 

Asuna waited patiently for him to accept the request.

Pipi tweeted in cheer as Oliver accepted the request, he was a little nervous, he barely went onto the front lines when it came to battles even though he has won 1v1 fights in the past. "It does get heavy after awhile, but I got used to it.. hopefully I get to use it soon so my back can have a rest."

Miyu smiled, ruffling his hair. "He'd one in a million. Like me and you, Kirito!" she said with a laugh, patting their backs. She was still a little thrown off after learning about Ikaru, but she didn't want to show weakness in front of Kirito or Asuna.

 

Kirito laughed, nodding. "I still remember the day you came up to me and asked to join... I was so dumbfounded when I saw you duel wield that I couldn't even talk!" he laughed.

 

Asuna smiled. "I ended up having to finish the finalization for him. She's one of the best players in the game. Better than Kirito some days. When the three of us gang up on a boss, that thing is down in minutes!" she boasted, smiling proudly.

"Cool, I never really fought any bosses, after all for the main parts of these years I was mastering the smithing skill, so I kind of lived under a rock for the most part." Oliver replied, <but the 100th boss is no more and we're stuck in this game.> He sighed, he missed his family, after all, he was only ten years old when he got stuck in his game, it was a lot to take on.

Miyu looked at Ikaru, then Oliver. "Well, since we're all teammates now, do you guys have a place to live? I have a place up on the 29th floor that has two extra bedrooms you two could stay in. I won't charge any rent," she said, smiling.

 

Kirito looked at Ikaru. -How in the world did Miyu convince him to come back? Especially after what the KoB did to him and his friend...-

 

Asuna shifted, glacing at Ikaru. She knew this probably killed him. He had a KoB member right in front of him. He could take his revenge if he so wished. She never wanted to be a part of what they did - that was Heathcliff's doing. Now she was the leader, and trying to make amends for all the wrong he made her guild do.
