visual art I drew something, and it only took almost 2 years.

So after a super long art slump, I finally got around to finishing a drawing. And it wasn't easy. Everything went fine for a while...until my tablet pen broke. Two weeks later, my new pen arrives in the mail. But that's just the beginning.

 

First my new pen wiped the tablet's settings. Then I found out my computer couldn't access the control panel due to glitches. I tried to set the tablet up on my laptop, and then re-pair it to my PC - where I work. But then I found out I couldn't pair the device; again due to glitches.

But now I've finally wiped and repaired my PC, and after about an extra week(a month or so in total), I've managed to finish a piece of art.

 

And boy am I proud of it.

 

 

 

 

The character isn't mine. I found it whilst browsing the internet, and loved the design. So I decided I would draw the character for the artist.

I just wanted to share this with you all, as I find it to be a pretty big milestone for me. I hope you all like it~

 

Feel free to give honest opinions. I can't get better if I don't know what I'm doing right and wrong~

I'd like to post more here - and plan to do so. But it's just about managing to draw them in the first place.
