I don't think it so. I think it is natural to laugh at accents. But as long as it isn't mean spirited. Icelandic accent is kinda funny (I'm Icelandic  ).

no its not.... the definition of racism is when you find one race more dominant then another.... if you find an accent amusing then that's just you....

Not racist at all. It can be quite annoying sometimes when people call you racist for no reason or juste because you're having fun of something.

No i dont think so, Im happy when i talk with english/ American people and they find my accent funny wen aj talk aa bitt laik dis. Thugh my english prenouncing is very good (Unlike my spelling)
