My Oc is named Ariel Blade

His coat color is teal

He is a Pegasus foal (around 14 so not quite a foal but not big enough to be called a stalion.)

His mane is ultra blue and lime green and his mane is fluffy and messed up.

No cutie mark.

His eyes are divided into fourths with colours. The colors are red blue yellow and green.

Do you want something hand or by graphics?  And are bases are ok?
