How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic:

Hi, I'm Metona.. I was just reintroduced to mlp. I watched a bit when I was young, gen 1, but didn't really get into the show. Out of curiosity I just finished watching a documentary on the brony community and was brought to tears. To know that people in the world are capable of being that excepting and welcoming of others was beautiful.

 

I'm a very quiet person, with some personality desorders, so seeing what people are capable of in a positive way gave me hope. I'm going to start from episode 1 and hopefully find my way..

Thank you everyone for the warm welcomes I started watching season 1 last night and am really impressed with the values the show teaches people. I think I'm going to try my hoof at drawing some characters. I have no idea what my ponysana would look like or what her cutie mark will even be, that's something I'll descover a long the way.
