Pink couldn't help but put a hoof over her mouth after Lightning told her his story. "Oh my gosh....I'm really sorry you had to go through all that. You could have had a much better life if your parents had kept you and your brother." She looked down at the table with sad eyes and she traced a hoof around her plate now free of food, unsure of what to say.

 

Then she looked up and gave a small smile. "But hey, what's important is now you finally have the opportunity to leave. You can leave this all behind along with the memories. You can start a new life and try to forget that part of your life even existed. It may seem hard to forget at first, but eventually you'll stop being plagued by your past and just learn to live in the present."

"You're right." He wondered where his brother was. Was he safe? Was he in danger? It itched Lightning and it irritated him. He didnt like not knowing something he so desperately wanted to know. It was hell for him. He wondered, did. Pink have any siblings she left behind? Je thought about it for a second.

 

"Do you yourself have any siblings you miss?"
