That fight with Ice Blizzard has Sleight Mist hyped enough to start training. She's just the slightest bit reckless as you've seen, though, so until she stops, expect... slight issues.

Maybe after she's already got through the basics, but she's working on ground level magical redesign. You could show up right now, but she's liable to either ignore you or use you for target practice.
