She turned, just in time to catch Nightmare preparing to unleash a jet of flames at the stallion. Glory, angry expression on her face, twitched once and then vanished, suddenly re-appearing in front of Ice Blizzard as if she had been there all along. She put up a shield, protecting him from the flames that jetted out and around him, leaving small trails of fire in its wake.

"Not again..." she said, shaking her head at the scene. Nightmare, still standing behind Ice Blizzard, looked at Glory and cackled loudly. Then, he seemed to vibrate briefly, before vanishing into thin air. Glory momentarily vanished as well, but not before adopting a pose that almost seemed to like a sigh of exasperation,

 

For the next few minutes, it would appear like nothing was happening. Occasionally, though, there would be a loud crash, and the air around the stadium would be punctuated streaking blasts of fire or arcs of electricity that tunneled through the sky, giving the appearance there was an enormous battle of some kind going on around the two ponies.

Since when? If I wanted to, and it wouldn't ruin the best ship for Wilhelm I've found in my time on this site, I could probably beat up Annette. Probably. Like, 65% chance, and Corona is too smart for most of my tricks, so I'd say it'd be 50/50 even.

Honestly, it's not that difficult to beat Anette; she doesn't know anything beyond telekinesis.

If she was a unicorn of power in addition to her dolls, Wilhelm would have no chance. Currently, my biggest issue with a Wilhelm v. Annette hypothetical battle is how to get rid of the dolls. It's something like that one boss fight where the actual boss is complete carp and yet, he summons all the bosses before them who were actually hard to create a minion screen. I suppose I could... aw hell no. Corona, damn it; I can't even think of the stuff I'd have to do to nullify the dolls' powers without getting slightly nauseous. The issue isn't that it's distasteful (I'd do it to Rebilac, Eclipse, or EWS in a heartbeat), but that the dolls are too damn likeable.

For IB, it'd be a lost cause and he'd be FORCED to use his Maverick Variation on her to defend himself the best he can from dolls that move like RD on drugs.

It would probably involve something that nullifies the dolls powers or separates them from her magically. It would actually be kinder to just kill her at that point.
