yeah, i mean, we're vs. a fire mage, fast swordspony, arrows, and whatever glory does.

Shields, teleportation, and sowing, mostly.

 

Damn, I'm surprised you didn't say, "Caliber can take her no problem. " Or something. That means now we're ALL legit screwed as far as having a chance, AGAINST DOLLS.

If I can get Lektra's help with the sine-cosine waveform cancellation device, then I can make it past the shields. Then, I dodge the fire or simply wear clothes made out of or treated with fire-retardant material. Furthermore, I can avoid the joy buzzer by wearing a wetsuit, which is made out of an electricity-insulating material. 

 

Dodging the arrows is rather easy, but if you really don't want to fail, you could get out of the range of Heartthrob's smaller bow and snipe her from long range. Finally, Hero won't be much of a trouble if you get to Annette first; in all reality, if you try to deal with him before knocking out Annette, his speed is far too annoying to deal with, and an polarized electromagnetic interdiction field would be massively too far from canon. 

 

However, I suppose I could get the Salvation Reactor Core stage and trick him so that he gets a bit too close to one of the electromagnets on the reactor, forcing him to either drop his sword and anything metal on him or have them ripped out of his hooves (which would likely break them and make him unable to fight anyway).

 

After all of that, all you have to do is walk up to Annette and clock her over the head with something heavy.

but does wilhelm carry those things around 24/7? without expecting trouble? it seems that wilhellm has something for everything, eh?

good luck trying to dodge the arrows at the same time as dodging hero and/or the fire puppet. and i doubt hero would let you run away. he'd give chase. and glory would protect Annette.

this can easily be countered by corona denying that she wants to fight in this particular arena, which means you still have speedy swordsguy to worry about.

Well, I would think the storyline would only include OCs. The canon characters would be bosses or supporting/cameo characters, since they don't really do much SoL stuff in between battles.

 

Furthermore, should it be a open world RPG, a classic fighting game, or a on-rails RPG?

The dolls are general glass cannons( much like Anette) and can't take more than a few hits before they stop moving. For the dolls, moving as quick as Hero did takes a lot of energy out of Anette, as does anything that Glory does (but you'll see that later). Glory can't attack, her shields can't stand up to heavy shots, and she can't teleport very far (say, 100 or so in any direction feet). Also, Anette doesn't bring Nightmare to her arena fights, because he's a brat. He doesn't tend to follow orders unless Anette's in danger.
