Smirking to herself "Just curious, I'm the only one who's been subject to time travel already right? Because if so you may find it hard to adjust to the time, everything will seem a little off."

Looking over to the pony who lead her here "Could we at least get some introductions first?"

"I am Chrysteel Amorè Chrysalis, Captain under Princess Celestia exiled princess of the changeling hive. Nice to meet you all."

 

Chrysteel sounds both hopeful and confident. She turns to the others Waiting their introductions. She looks quite eager to make new friends.

"I'm read-" banner tried to say but was cut off by a red and purple pony "oh right I forgot about that, my name is Banner and I used to be part of the ponyville guards and one of the only army ponies to survive, and she will pay for this" she says with an inspired voice "and no I have not gone throw time before"

Beraha bows to everypony else. "My name is Beraha Krahn. I hail from the north western dragon mountains. Our clan wishes peace between dragon and pony and I am the diplomat sent to make it happen."

 

He looks over to the portal. He wonders what will happen in the past when they go. "I have also never experienced time travel."

"I'm Ocean Melody I work around Canterlot. I used to live in Manehatten, but that was too boring so I moved." Ocean said. " I hope that princess Luna is still alive inside that nightmare of a creatrue and we can still save her, and no I've never time traveled before I didn't know it was possible until today."

"Oh, it's more than possible. It's happened. Well, technically not yet, but for me it has". Looking around Scarlets says "I'm Scarlett, Scarlett Fidelity. I'm from the future and it's nice to meet you all. Y'all ready for a bumpy ride?" she says while turning to face the poral.

Chrysteel says, "Ready as I will ever be. I hope we don't mess up."

 

Chrysteel moves to a ready position. She then waits and looks to the princess. "Princess, how are we going to go back after her? This portal used the souls of the 5 elements to open it." She looks hopeful and ready either way.

Snow looked around at the group that was now assembled before him, catching the sight of the dracopony was what really surprised him. Huh I haven't seen a dracopony in years. It'll be a treat to fight along side him. Snow snapped back to reality and made his introduction. "I'm Snow Breeze, you all seem well suited for the most part for this mission. But don't expect much we just need to get in defeat Nightmare and then come back."

 

Celestia walked up to the controls and turned around to face the group. "Good work Chyrsteel, you've assembled a fine group. Luckily Nightmare left the coordinates put in all be it with a few minor error or two, you should arrive near where she came out." Celestia lowered her head upon hearing Ocean's hopeful statement. "I....I would like to believe my sister is alive but the moment Nightmare took her I felt her life force vanish from my senses." Celestia opened her wings and flew up towards the top of the machine that once housed the 5 element bearers and stood on the platform. "You asked how you're getting there, well......I'm going to be the catalyst for the machine. Shining and Cadence quickly objected to the idea but were not going to persuade her any differently. Celestia's magic started the machine and encased her in a orb and began draining her magic and life force quickly, starting the portal up. "Shining.....Cadence....in the name of my mother I.....gah....name you king and queen....may you...*screams*...lead Equestria to a new golden age." 

 

Celestia then turned her gaze to Chrysteel and the group. "The rest of you....please enter once I'm gone....stop Nightmare from changing the world. I hoped this wouldn't be a one way trip but it's looking like that....gah!!!! I name you the Light's of Equestria, now go and stop the darkness." Celestia let out a horrid scream, her last bit of life being drawn from her before the purple portal opened for the group.

 

"In the name of the Princesses!!" Snow shouted, his wings flapped as he started towards the portal.

Beraha roars loudly but a tint of sadness can be heard in that roar. After it's done he sobs once. "My father always spoke well of the amazing princess Celestia. This will not go without vengence. I will rip the nightmares throat out with my own fangs." A fierce coutanace crosses his face his fangs flashing in the purple light.

 

Beraha turns to the portal and starts running towards it. When he makes it to and through the portal he feels his body change into the dragon form he's taken before. "What the hell" he says to himself.

Chrysteel moved towards and through the gate. "You final gift will not be lost. Your people's love for you is strong. Let this be my power. Love and hope as one."

 

She vanished through the gate afterwards. What she saw when she came out the other side was anyponies guess. She however felt a change begin to take hold of her. It was different then her shapeshift but it felt natural and true.

"I would like to add something or say something inspirational but...I cant think of anything that wasn't already said so, lets do this" Banner says then jumps throw the portal and hits her head on something hard on the other side then opens her eyes to see a giant rock "what a lousy place to put a rock"

Disappearing in a flash of teleportation light Scarlett reappears on the other side of the portal a few meters from the event horizon. Calling out to the others nearby she says "Prepare yourselves, you may feel sick for up to an hour after TT.

Chrysteel then looks herself over. She still has her cutiemark but her base form has changed slightly. For one her wings are fuller and more pronounced. Two her tiara is smaller and fully pink in color. Her carapace is fully pink instead of the black and pink mix she had before. She is also slightly larger in size. All allies within 30-60 feet of her feel the love of a mother protecting their foals and a hope that drives away fear.

"How come you look different Chrysteel?" Scarlett asks, not feeling the effects of the love due to her corrupted mind born from the wastleland. Smirking she asks "And what's with the Tiara?"

 

Looking around again Scarlett attempts to figure out where they were, or more specifically when they were.

Ocean walks through the portal. When he gets through he feels unbalanced for a second, but that goes away. Suddenly a thought goes through his head "Scarlet how have you experienced time travel before?"

Scarlett walks around the nearby area to make sure nopony is suffering time buffer to badly. Once she gets to Ocean she answers the question; "Lets just say that I'm not exactly from your time. Freak accident, took me a while to get used to your time."

 

Jumping up on top of the rock Scarlett looks around to see if there is anything worth noting.

Snow stumbles to his hooves, covering his mouth to keep from tossing what little food he had before the battle. Looking around he saw nothing but forest for as far as the eyes could see. Shaking his head Snow took flight to get to the forest canopy to see just what they were dealing with. Flying back down Snow landed shakily, still feeling the side effects of the time jump. "Ugh....from what I could make out through the spinning...is that we're in a giant forest. And let me put the emphasis on GIANT, I don't think there's a town for a while. I could make out what looked like a castle in the far distance but it looked to be.....oh boy excuse me." Snow dashed behind a rock and a hurling noise could be heard. Snow popped his head up once he'd finished. "Ugh a castle but it was at least a few days trek from us. And we know that Nightmare already has a jump on us."

Beraha in full dragon form is giant. His main body scales are bright blood crimson. How wings and belly scales gleam golden. His head twists around on his long neck.

 

"I didn't land on anypony did I? And as for the distance, I think I may be able to carry the non flying ponies. That should cut down the time it takes to get to that castle." His voice is deep and sonorous but there is a kind gentleness to it.

Follow snow in concern Scarlett queries "You ok Snow? I advice you sit down for a while. If you're still feeling queasy I have something that might be able to help you."

 

She turns around to check if anypony else is in need, and once nopony else calls for help she sits down next to Snow.

Chrysteel says, "To the east is a large community of others like myself. I don't know how but I can feel them. Thousands of them. There is a small group heading in the direction you all said the castle was in. The look ready for war and ready to protect something."

 

She reaches out senseing detecting. She then says, "They are Flutterlings."

"As for the tiara, it is a traditional part of being a princess rank Flutterling. It seems the old hive's tales about the Changeling's origins were correct after all. Changeling originated from the Flutterlings. Which means we are far enough back that The Flutterlings haven't fallen to the hunger curse. let's head for the castle. Those who can't fly can ride on Beraha. Those who can we are on guard detail. Who knows what Sombra and Nightmare Moon has waiting for us."

 

Chrysteel gets up she has rested enough. She knows it will take time but her Valor's Love aura should help the process along.

Scarlett hops up onto the rock and sits down "Consider it done, I'll be lookout until you are all ready to continue on our mission. Looking around she sees something the doesn't understand.

 

Upon hearing the warning from the pony beside her she instantly recognises what she can see. "Dear Luna... "

Chrysteel looks with her but she is flying. "A small group of Flutterlings, looks to be engaging another group. It looks like the Flutterlings could use some help."

 

She reaches out again and says, "I sense dark magic on the group attacking the Flutterlings. It has blocked off their hearts. They don't act of their own will. Sombra and Nightmare Moon I detect their mana traces on the controlled group."

 

Chrysteel suddenly bolts. She looks to be aiming for the Flutterlings.

Chrysteel suddenly bolts. She looks to be aiming for the Flutterlings.

 

Looking over to where Chrysteel is looking she also see's the groups of flutterlings. Confused she attempts to ask Chrysteel what he meant by controlling but is interrupted by Chrysteel rusing towards the group. Swearing under her breath Scarlett shouts to the others "Wait here until we get back" and runs after Chrysteel, magic warming up.

Chrysteel is faster now in flight then she was as a changeling but not as fast as the average Pegasus. She gets within 30 feet of the two groups. The controlled attempting an attack on the Flutterling group. She begins to fan her wings harder and faster. They quickly pick up in speed till rhey are nothing but a blur. As rhe attackers begun to attack a burst of wind impacts with these beings. Interrupting their attack and push in them to the side a little. Chrysteel then gets between them and the Flutterlings. "You know, mother doesn't like it when her gifts are sealed."

 

"Did you hurt them?" Says the lead Flutterling, Flutter Gold.

 

"Nope just interrupted their attack."

Says Chrysteel.
