private Forgotten Harmony

[Chaton 3,765]

Chrysteel is faster now in flight then she was as a changeling but not as fast as the average Pegasus. She gets within 30 feet of the two groups. The controlled attempting an attack on the Flutterling group. She begins to fan her wings harder and faster. They quickly pick up in speed till rhey are nothing but a blur. As rhe attackers begun to attack a burst of wind impacts with these beings. Interrupting their attack and push in them to the side a little. Chrysteel then gets between them and the Flutterlings. "You know, mother doesn't like it when her gifts are sealed."

 

"Did you hurt them?" Says the lead Flutterling, Flutter Gold.

 

"Nope just interrupted their attack."

Says Chrysteel.

 

Catching up with Chrysteel she sees the destruction that has taken place. "Wow, nice to see we have somepony who can deal with tough situations."

 

(We need to stop posting, check the OOC. This has to be the last post until that guy can get his villains in before we can carry on.)

[A little while earlier]

 

 

Upon crossing through the portal, the mare of the night landed on the other side with a smirk. Everything was all going according to plan. With Chrysalis fighting off the remaining ponies, the changeling queen provided the best distractions so that Nightmare Moon, Sombra, and her possessed Diamond Dog Captain, could escape through the portal and move on to phase two of her diabolical plan. Of course, Nightmare Moon was unaware of the death of the Changeling Queen, but it did not matter, she was simply a pawn to be used in her little plan. She served her purpose regardless.

 

 

King Sombra followed being the nightmare, his eyes gleaming in satisfaction or their conquest as well as anticipation for their next step in their plans for world domination. He looked over towards Nightmare Moon. "So, what's the next thing you have planned for us, Nightmare Moon?"

 

Nightmare Moon looked back at Sombra and smiled. "You shall see soon." She replied. "But first, we are missing a certain little puppet, who's essential to the next phase of my plan."

 

 

As if right on time, the blue haired diamond dog flew out of the portal, sliding across the dirt ground with a thud. Alex groaned, rubbing her head as she slowly opened her eyes, looking around. Her sky blue eyes scanned the surrounding area, confused as to where she was until she saw the hooves of what appeared to be to different ponies. Looking up, she gasped as she recognized the two beings she had heard about, only in stories. How... How were they real? Where did they come from? Where was she? And... Why did she feel so sick...?

 

The diamond dog groaned again as her grey fur gained a greenish tint to them, holding her stomach as she let her body get through its uncomfortable phase.

 

The two ponies glared at her in annoyance and disgust before Sombra looked back over at the dark-coated mare. "It would appear that your little puppet has detached from their strings" He said, earning an angry growl from the mare.

 

"Give me a moment!" She hissed, approaching the canine and glaring into the mutts eyes, her eyes gaining a ghostly green aura to them. Alex hardly had any time to react, blankly staring back at the ruler of darkness until her blues eyes slowly changed to that of a greener tint.

 

Satisfied, Nightmare Moon stood upright once more. "Now then, runt, I want you to gather me an army for us. Sombra and I shall provide the incentive, you simply need to bring those simple-minded fools to us. With them, we shall crush the Flutterlings minor cities so that they cannot assist against our assault for the mane prize. And then, I shall rule all of Equestria!" She laughs at her ingenious plan.

 

"You mean, we shall rule all of Equestria." Sombra corrected.

 

"Yes, yes. Of course." Nightmare Moon scowled. "Now come along! I sense a village not far from here in the northwest. The canine shall meet us just before the borders of it. After we deploy those fools we all shall make way to the next objective." Without much delay, the mare of darkness vaporized into shadowy smoke before heading off in the direction she had indicated, King Sombra doing the same and following suit.

Looking around at all the flutterlings Scarlett began to wonder who had been controlling them. She opened her mouth to speak when she realized that it didn't really matter who it was. But upon further reflection wanted to know anyway. "Hey Crysteel, who is, I mean was, controlling them exactly?

After a bit of resting Ocean feels better. He looks up and realizes two of the group members are gone. He gets up and walks over to the other three. "Did any of you see where the others went. I must have dozed off or something. If not we might want to finds them soon. I don't think it's safe to be wandering around here."

Chrysteel says, "Their hearts were sealed."

 

 

Flutter Gold says, "We Flutterlings are usually protected by Mother Venus and Queen Crystal. Some darkness had overtaken a few. They should be fine, once our aura magic takes hold of them. Even the darkness can't resist that which is the heart. It is the core of one's being. Your friends look like they need aid in a medical sense. We were on our way to aid the Queen in the castle and her daughters, When this happened. Thank you."

 

She turns to Chrysteel and says, "We didn't know Mother had allowed another princess to evolve. You must not be from Mother's people. Still for aiding us, you are welcome in our cities."

 

She turns to the others of her group. "Aid the ones here and then go help the hearts over there. We will then escort them where they wish to go."

 

The other Flutterlings go over to the controlled and being using aura magic to unravel the effects.

 

Flutter Gold asks, "May I ask why such an odd assortment of beings is here in the forest?"

Some go over to the rest of the party to help them.

 

They ask as a group, "Do yall require any aid?"

Snow could see the strange things known as Flutterlings flying around and trying to assist them, he just simply swatted at them with his wings. "Ugh, annoying things....I don't want your....*hurl*....ugh, aid!" Snow slumped down onto the ground and just laid there hoping the stomach sickness would go away quickly. "I'm with Ocean on this one. I'm all for taking down Nightmare Moon but doing this while sick isn't going to help...*hurl*...much." Snow let out a low sigh before plopping his head down on the ground too, still seeing the world spin.

"Want me to try and fix that Snow? Time buffer is very annoying." Scarlett asks Snow once the crowdinf flutterlings have moved along and away from Snow and herself.

Beraha looks to the flutterlings smiling a toothy grin. "I seem to have a bit of an un easy stomache and a small headache caused by the disorientation." He looks back at himself. The Flutterlings were about to answer Beraha when Chrysteel said a very noble aura type name. "That aura type has only been known to be used by our Queen, Queen Crystal."

 

They look to Beraha and say, "We have had dealings with many a race. Most dragons don't look kindly to us but You don't feel quite the same as most dragons."

Chrysteel says, "I specialize in aura magic. My aura is a dual type aura called Valor's Love. Why do you ask?"

 

The Flutterlings were about to answer Beraha when Chrysteel said a very noble aura type name. "That aura type has only been known to be used by our Queen, Queen Crystal."

 

They look to Beraha and say, "We have had dealings with many a race. Most dragons don't look kindly to us but You don't feel quite the same as most dragons."

 

"Well, it's just that, uh. I can usually scan over ponies to check if they're ok physically by scanning for magical imbalances in their aura, and for some reason I can't get a lock on you. Do you have any idea why?"

 

Scarlett feels slightly uneasy asking about this as she barely knows Chrysteel, but not having met anypony who her magic could not sweep was quite unnerving.

Chrysteel says, "It could be because my aura is intermengaling with the auras of the other Flutterlings. Also Valor's Love is a dual aura. You might try scanning for the aura of a mother protecting her foals and a aira that drives away fear. These are the two auras that make up the aura the protects and drives away fear."

 

Chrysteel also makes her aura visible. Her silver and pink aura is currently in a 50% mixed state. Everyone within 30 to 60 feet of Chrysteel can feel the presents of a loving mother protecting her foals and a hopeful mother to drive back fear.

Snow couldn't wait for this feeling he was having to vanish so that they could start the hunt for Nightmare Moon. They were already a few hours behind her and Sombra, who knows what kind of trouble they could cause without anypony to stop them.

Snow couldn't wait for this feeling he was having to vanish so that they could start the hunt for Nightmare Moon. They were already a few hours behind her and Sombra, who knows what kind of trouble they could cause without anypony to stop them.

 

Scarlett says "Try not to move" as she moves her horn close to Snow's face. She casts an anti-nausea spell that she hopes will work on a pegasus with raw magical abilities not usually avaliable to pegasi. After casting the spell she takes a step back and asks Snow "Are you ok Snow?"

Snow closes his eyes and feels Scarlett's magic flow around him and seems to put him at ease. Once she moves away and asks if he's alright, Snow let's out a slow, deep breath. Standing up on his hooves, Snow shakes his head a little before snapping his wings out and then back in quickly. "Yeah that seemed to really help Scarlett, thank you." Snow shuffled his hooves a little, he wasn't used to giving anypony praise or that sort of thing. "Um....well, yes let's see what we can do about Nightmare Moon now if everyone's had some sufficient time. Right Chrysteel?"

Scarlett turns with Snow and waits for an answer, though as she waits she shouts out to everypony else "Anypony need and/or want an anti-nausea spell cast on them?!" while keeping her magic 'warm' ready for any use she may have for it in the next few minutes.

Chrysteel says, "Well there is only one way to truely beat her but first we have to make sure certain things get protected. We could visit the Flutterling city to the east or hopefully make it to the castle and protect what these ones were sent to help."

 

Flutter Gold says, "We were on our way to see the queen and her two daughters. If the darkness is near them then we must hurry. Our job it to keep them safe. Our ambassador went silent near the castle and we need to know why."

After seeing to all the other ponies that needed her medical attention, Scarlett wanders back to Chrysteel and upon hearing something about an ambassador, wanted to know who this ambassador was. "We have an ambassador?" she says in confusion to Chrysteel.

After listening to a long response to her question, Scarlett turns to Chrysteel and says "I still don't get it" and makes a confused face. "Oh, and another thing, who is this mother you all keep talking about? And who's the royal family?"

 

Slumping down Scarlett mutters to herself "Luna damned time ajustments..."
