Draw it again: Comparing my first Pinkie Pie drawing to now

On the right is my very first pinkie Pie picture, I had posted it on here a number of months back, when I was just getting into the show. It was done with a cheap pen on equally cheap paper 

 

On the left is my newer rendition of that piece

Pony anatomy was and is a particularly hard thing for me to recreate, I've made a lot of strides in that area over the past few months, at least I think so :3

Lighting is everything, change the angle of the source and you have an entirely different picture, its why I like using light in my pictures so much

Its pretty shocking to look back at your older stuff and see how far you've come, at least for me it is.
