I would actually say that Attack Of The Pwns is guilty. Why? Because he could be blaming someone else for a crime to cover up what he has done.

Well, Cinamon Pop is guilty because her avatar is of a shameless Pinkamena recolor. Also the avatar is a straight maned Pinkie Pie and that can't be good because straight mane Pinkamena is basically mentally insane version of Pinkie Pie.
